Excellent Service and Fastest Result

I hired Mr. Jacob to apply for E2 Visa which we did after we got all the documents ready in less than 2 months(very fast). I got the approval notice 2-3 weeks after we filed E2 even though we did not choose the premium option which is $1200-$1300 additional cost. I was very surprised because i was t...old it usually takes 2,3 months to receive the approval. There are many documents you need to get together before the application and sometimes you may not be able to provide all the documents because of your business type. Mr. Jacob has flexibility instead of asking whatever is written in the book, he always find another option to support the document that you are missing. I got approved in US and still have the second leg of the application when i go back to my country.So, i will be working with Mr. Jacob and let everyone know again how it is completed. Thank you

Excellent Immigration Lawyer

From my first encounter with Jacob Sapochnick, I knew I was dealing with a professional lawyer with high sense of integrity and outstanding work ethics. He also enjoys a certain calmness of spirit which immediately put me at peace with the unknown world of US immigration. Another key characteristic ...of Jacob is his constant reassurance and positivity. I was certain that with his assistance, I will be able to obtain a US work permit and the required change of status. H1B Success with Jacob Sapochnick

I have been in search of a way to work and live in the US for over 15 years. One advice I learned along the way is to find people who play at what you have to work at. In other words, find people who know the system, the challenges and the path to success. Learn from them or hire them. I did the lat...ter when I discovered Jacob and his firm on the Internet. Unlike previous lawyers I had seek advice from, they had a step by step, end to end solution to help with my H1B Work Visa quest. After hiring Jacob and his firm, they literally took me by the hand and in less than 2 months I was successful applicant (after I had groped around in the dark for 15 years!) They handled EVERY process of the very complex application for a work visa. It was an amazing experience to work with them. They are very knowledge, friendly, and professional. Very experienced immigration lawyer!

Best immigration attorney.

I have used Jacob's services in four different occasions. To obtain a green card for myself and my parents. Every time Jacob has been very knowledgeable about our situations and kept us informed thru the whole process. He is always willing to answer all of your questions and it is very helpful that y...ou can always reach him thru email and he will respond very quickly. He is very straightforward and will let you know if you have possibilities of obtaining what you are looking for. I would highly recommend Jacob to others.
