Biography
I’m a student loan lawyer who has helped thousands of federal and private student loan borrowers lower their payments, negotiate settlements, get out of default, and qualify for loan forgiveness programs. My practice includes defending student loan lawsuits filed by companies such as Navient and National Collegiate Student Loan Trust. In addition, I’ve represented thousands of individuals and families in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases.

Student Loan Debt

EDUCATION TUITION LOAN
In one consultation Atty. Fleishman gave me explanations of all the options to defer my school loan payments until I get a job. The option I selected allows me to make no payments until I start work . It has been such a relief that I now sleep well for the first time since I graduated.
