I’m a student loan lawyer who has helped thousands of federal and private student loan borrowers lower their payments, negotiate settlements, get out of default, and qualify for loan forgiveness programs. Large student loan? Jay has your back

Excellent Consultation
I consulted with Mr. Fleischman to obtain a realistic plan for paying my defaulted school loans. He asked me the right questions, listened to my concerns and questions intensely, and then provided sound, specific advice. He even sprinkled in some humor and provided financial advice that went beyond the scope of the consultation! At the end of our hour long discussion, I came away much better prepared to resolve my situation with the Department of Education.

Mr. Fleischman provided more information and explanation regarding my student loan debt than any servicer or lender ever has. He provided me with a greater understanding of the various repayment options specific to my case and advised me on how to navigate the lender forms for repayment plans. Worth every penny!
I reached out to Jay to make sure I had looked at my loans from all angles and to make sure I was doing everything I could to pay them off appropriately. I was expecting to get confirmation and not really any new ideas since I have put a lot of time into making sure I was in the correct programs. I was very wrong. Jay took the time on a Friday afternoon to delve into my situation and come up with an alternative method to paying back my loans that will save me thousands of dollars. Worth the Time and Money
I retained Jay for questions regarding my student loan. He was on time for our scheduled phone conference. At the beginning, Jay rehashed his impressions on how I got into the position I was in. That did not help. When the consultation is set up you pay for either 30 minutes, or an hour. I paid for 30 minutes and rehashing what I did 25 years ago, I felt wasted my time and Jay's. Once we got past this initial stage, Jay got to the meat of the issues. He is quite knowledgeable on student loan issues, and is able to communicate his advice and reasons therefor extremely well. Jay was straight forward answering my questions, even though I did not like some of the answers. You can tell he wants to help, and sometimes that requires being told things you don't want to hear. Jay gave me some very sound advice, and I am grateful for that. I would recommend any person with student loan issues to contact Jay.

Clear, simple advice.

Assiduous
Had a consultation with Mr. Fleischman today 4/14 and he was very astute and professional. He exhibited non-judgemental behaviour and an aptitude for attentiveness. He was able to broach such a delicate subject matter and made us feel at ease. All possible options were discussedt, but he didn't force anything on us. We haven't decided the path on which we shall follow, but should we choose Mr. Fleischman, I beleive he would be an attorney that would fight to make sure that all the I's are dotted and the T's crossed for his client.
