The Best Lawyer Ever
I could not of found a better lawyer anywhere. Elizabeth has become not just my lawyer, but my friend. She has helped me in so many ways. I went to Elizabeth for one reason and have used her assistance for other legal matters that have arisen. I will continue using her services as long as she is available. If she can not assist me, she lets me know right away so that I can seek the right attorney. I can't imaging where my life would be if I hadn't meet her. She is professional, knownledgable, gracious, and very compotent in her field. I am still using her servies and hope that we will remine friends for years to come.

Outstanding representation!!!
I talked to several lawyers, and met with three of them, and I felt Elizabeth's understanding and concern for my situation made me feel very comfortable. I HIGHLY WOULD RECOMMEND ELIZABETH'S SERVICES IN THE FUTURE to anyone seeking representation. She has always been there whenever I called or had any concerns. Most lawyers make you feel very uncomfortable and look down at a person. Elizabeth made me feel relaxed and took the stress off of my shoulders. She called, sent letters, and kept me updated with my case. I'd also like to thank her for allowing me an affordable payment plan that I chose and could afford!!! Most of the lawyers wanted all of it down, but she worked with me. Thank you once again, Elizabeth, for being honest, fair and a real professional, caring human being.

I was able to pay off my tax debt in a couple of years rather than decades
In 2005 I found out what dire straits I was in after my divorce. The business I had built with my ex-wife had dissolved and I was left with well over $100,000 in tax debt. I called Elizabeth Fletcher and after she thoroughly researched my records and my tax history, she was able to obtain an offer in compromise for me. I was able to pay off my tax debt in a couple of years rather than decades. I will never be able to express my sincerest gratitude for all that she accomplished in such a professional and expediated manner.

Excellent Bankruptcy Attorney
I was having financial issues with creditors, and one had served me with court papers. I hired Elizabeth to assist me. We weighed our options and decided on a bankruptcy. She and her paralegal Karen have been there even during this time of social distancing to guide me and answer my questions. She has had my best interest at heart and has done an excellent job in handling my case.

Honesty. Integrity. Transparency, and Partnership
Honesty. integrity. transparency, and partnership are what you’ll encounter if you choose to work with Fairbanks Fletcher Law. They helped me with two separate issues, and I was represented better than I could have ever imagined. My opinions were valued and my doubts were always reassured. My nerves were calmed and the process was always explained. Elizabeth fought hard for me. She went above and beyond and did everything she could to ensure a great outcome. I couldn't have asked for a better law firm or attorney. Her office was highly professional and responsive. Elizabeth kept me informed throughout the process and is extremely knowledgeable and prompt. Elizabeth and her team are some of the most amazing, caring people out there. I can't say enough good things. They are honest, reliable, professional, and they get the job done.

Excellent lawyer! Very happy!
What can I say about Elizabeth Fletcher, Esq. Well, as a lawyer she is very good at what she does. I was very well represented and I felt that my interests were her up most concern to follow. She always answered my many, many questions about things that came up, and always had time for me. My case was very long and detailed and she was very thorough on it and with details that enabled a positive outcome. I would highly recommend her to others. As a person Elizabeth was very easy to talk to and very down to earth. She never used lawyer mumbo jumbo that I didn't understand and explained everything to me. She was very empathetic and caring. Through our many emails and phone calls I talked with her as a friend and trusted her judgment and expertise. As I said above all she always had my interests at stake. She is a hard worker and follows through on everything. You can tell she truly loves helping people and knows all the ins and out of the Bankruptcy system due to her background in the field. She really makes you feel at ease. What else can I say? If you want a excellent lawyer, a caring, nice person who will really help you, call her.
