Great job !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Recommend to everyone
We hired a layer for my DV charge and my wife. For months the layers didn't call us back and then we had court and we were worried that the layer wouldn't come to court. At court a different lawyer this time Aaron Nielson came in. He said the law firm we hired had hired him to handle the case just that day. He gave us his business card and cell phone number. He went in and talked to the other attorneys and then said that they were dismissing the charges because my wife and I were not fighting and my wife told the prosecutor she wasn't going to testify against me. It was horrible with the first attorney and I'm glad that they couldn't do the case and got me Nielson instead. The old attorneys said the case was super complicated and I would have to go to court several times and go to trial. They said there was no chance of the court dropping the charges. You can tell they didn't know anything and they charged me everything. All they old firm cared about was money. They kept asking how much money I had and where I could get more and if I had family and credit cards. They had me max out my credit card and checking account and then they never talked to me again. Mr Nielson said they were wrong and I should complain but in the end I'm glad we got that lawye we got because he got the case closed on one day. We will never go back to that other company but we will recommend Aaron Nielson as often as we can

How did I get in to this????
Why am I writing a review? How do I get into these things? I guess that theme has been playing with my life lately. How did I get into a fight over a repossessed car and end up with an attorney that could really help. Man I felt my mess would never end. I searched ads for help and found lots of companies offering to help for a fee or you send them your info and they will be in touch. Finally I found Aaron's chesspiece website. He said he has a few and is trying to find out what works. Well Aaron helped me by listening to my problems and then helping me. I really mean helping me and not be defending my assault charge or filing my bankruptcy and getting me out of debt. I really mean he helped me by really talking to me and finding out the real problems. Wide did I kick the crap out of the tow truck driver? Why was I behind on my payments? why do I keep getting payday loans, why isn't my paycheck enough. We did this small workback and then talked about my job. My job was enough to cover the basics but not for the credit cards, medical bills, collections, attorney and everyone else that just wanted money. I pay my credit card so they stop calling my work and I don't pay my car. Then they show up and take my car so I smack the driver. Off to jail. Now no new paycheck coming this next week. See how did i get here? Aaron and I talked about my prioriteez and decided I should pay for rent, food and take care of my family 1st. Then screw the others that keep calling. He gave me a number to have them call and the calls stopped. Then he told me he needed me to do and I got him some info and he did the bankruptcy for me. Now I've got no debts and my paycheck covers rent, food and even fun. I know how I got here, I listened to Aaron and he fixed it for me. Even smacking the tow truck driver is going to be better. It doesn't go away but I don't have to go to jail and it would show up on my future record so it is kind of like it went away to.

Casual and Down to Earth
I called or tried to call a few attorney and met with 2. On some of the calls I couldn't get anyhelp but Aaron answered his own phone and was real nice to be the whole time. I met with 2 attorneys. The other one was the kind of attorney you see on tv, the big dark office and million dollar suit. It looked impressive but made me feel small. Aaron was dressed nice but the environment just made me feel like I could talk more. Instead of the big dark table we sat at a small round table and just talked like regular people. Aaron didn't make me feel like I was a bad person or that he was better then me. I just felt like I was being treated like a real person and not being judged.
