My wife and I tried so many ways to avoid bankruptcy including a credit counseling service. No longer able to work (I've been disabled with pancreatic cancer for the past nearly 5 years) our financial dilemma had us in a tail spin. When we finally so Jed's ad in a local paper and called him we were on our way to a better life. During our first meeting he assured us we were doing the right thing and he and his assistant, Trina, treated us with respect, dignity and compassion. Unable to pay his fee in it's entirety we opted for a monthly plan. We began our journey with bankruptcy in March. Jed and his team began working for us right away and almost immediately those dreaded creditor phone calls stopped. Trina called us when she needed us to research info that she needed and was always there to promptly answer any questions we had. Our meeting with the court took place in early Sept. about a month after Jed filed on our behalf. He was with us at this meeting and we were absolved of our debts. We received our final papers in early November. Jed and his team were life savers to us. We feel like a great weight has been lifted from our shoulders. Their approach to us never waivered during the course of the journey. We were always treated with that same dignity, compassion and respect that we felt during that first meeting. When you are going through a stressful time like this it's comforting to know their are people who don't just treat you like a number. We would highly recommend Berliner Law to anyone who not only, unfortunately, needs to file bankruptcy but also peace of mind...........

Both Jed and Meghan were great to work with. Knowledgeable and friendly, easy to work with and made the whole process move along quickly. If you did your part there was no delay. I would defenately recommend them to anyone who needed their services.
Thanks again for all your help!

Jed's knowledge of bankruptcy law is impressive -- and I have been privileged to have received his help in the past on bankruptcy matters for my own clients. I endorse Jed because he is friendly, hard working, smart, and personable. I would refer my friends or family to Jed.

Jed is known nationally as one of the smartest consumer bankruptcy lawyers in the country. He has provided me, and many other lawyers, with his reasoned opinion and advice on complex consumer bankruptcy matters.
