Dan Warshaw is an excellent attorney

Mr. Warshaw is an incredible communicator and keeps me sane regearding all legal matters.

I have retained Mr. Warshaw's legal counsel for almost 4 years now and I have experienced wonderful results. I have utilized his talents for everything from contracts and business negotiations to lawsuit defense and even unlawful conduct defense. I especially use him for what I call "legal therapy". ...I would not have the confidence or ability to run my business successfully without the legal counsel of Mr. Warshaw.
