David Giller

If you're reading this, you are likely in dire financial straits. I put lawyers into 3 catorgories: 1) Attorneys that are in it strictly for the money, that give advice that is self-serving, and are not to be trusted. Unfortunately this category repressents over 50%) 2) Lawyers that are in it for the money but do try to help their clients, and give them the ben...efit of a hard days work for the compensation that they charge. (Approximatley 40%) 3) Lawyers that are genuinely trying to help people and the compensation that they receive is secondary. (Less than 10%) David Giller definitely fits into that category of genuinely trying to help people. My experience of him was such a positive one that I would reccommend him to my own children.

Despite the fact that I knew David had other clients, he always made me feel as though I was his only one. He is extremely knowledgeable and educates his clients about bankruptcy, it's consequences and ramifications etc, so that you are completely comfortable with your decision to file. He does all... this in the most non-judgemental manner. Like many families, my husband and I recently found ourselves in a dire financial situation. Approximately 5 years ago, we decided to purchase a small condo.
