ONLY REGRET WAS NOT FINDING DAVID SOONER

If you're reading this, you are likely in dire financial straits. I was there, and I did everything I could to avoid filing for bankruptcy, including tapping into my 401K and my life insurance policy. All that did was postopone the inevitable. I was staring the prospect of bankruptcy in the face, ...and was at once paralyzed and frantic. Thank goodness I came across David's name on a Google search. My only regret was not finding him sooner. He could have saved me all that money I spent trying to dig myself out. But with his help, I was able to navigate through the daunting task of filing Chapter 13. David is reassuring, kind, and so very compassionate. He really does understand what you are going through, and he cares. He never pressures you, not even for payment. He just guides you with a smile and assurance that are so very needed at that time. He returns calls, he's thorough, he is proactive and always available. You will be hard-pressed to find a better lawyer than him, but I can say with certainty that you won't find one that is as kind, caring and compassionate. And that's exactly what you need at this moment. Now stop reading, and call him. You will NOT regret it.

A Breath Of Fresh Air

I put lawyers into 3 catorgories: 1) Attorneys that are in it strictly for the money, that give advice that is self-serving, and are not to be trusted. Unfortunately this category repressents over 50%) 2) Lawyers that are in it for the money but do try to help their clients, and give them the ben...efit of a hard days work for the compensation that they charge. (Approximatley 40%) 3) Lawyers that are genuinely trying to help people and the compensation that they receive is secondary. (Less than 10%) David Giller definitely fits into that category of genuinely trying to help people. My experience of him was such a positive one that I would reccommend him to my own children.

The best ever...

Despite the fact that I knew David had other clients, he always made me feel as though I was his only one. He is extremely knowledgeable and educates his clients about bankruptcy, it's consequences and ramifications etc, so that you are completely comfortable with your decision to file. He does all... this in the most non-judgemental manner. Throughout the course of the bankruptcy proceedings, and beyond, David is extremely responsive and always makes himself available, either by phone or email, to answer any and all questions. He clearly enjoys his work assisting his clients. I was truly fortunate to find such an honest, caring and trustworthy attorney who always made me feel a part of the process. There were no surprises along the way because David advised me, in advance, regarding every step of the bankruptcy. It is my pleasure to recommend David Giller to anyone with financial difficulties for his counsel and advise. He takes what can be an overwhelming and terrifying time and makes it a partnership to financial freedom.

Brilliant and Compassionate

Like many families, my husband and I recently found ourselves in a dire financial situation. Approximately 5 years ago, we decided to purchase a small condo. Little did we know that this complex was in very poor financial and physical shape, resulting in multiple repairs and un-ending assessments ...to our maintanence. With mounting costs for the upkeep of this condo, compounded with child care, and increasing costs of living, my husband and I found ourselves going further and further into debt each month. Unable to sell the condo (worth at least 60K less than what we owe), creditors constantly chasing us, and without any financial resources to start hiring a financial advisor or attorney we were completely lost and desperate. I turned to my local Jewish Federation for help. The federation highly recommended that I contact David Giller for his assistance. They said that David was brilliant and compassionate, which is exactly what we needed. I called David and immediately felt a huge amount of relief. He assured us that everything would work out, and he was going to show us how. We met with David and put our trust in him as he suggested that we declare bankruptcy. This was not an easy decision for me and my husband, but David was so incredibly kind and patient. He literally held our hands every step of the way. He responded to e-mails at all times of the day or night, answered every question and put my mind at ease with every piece of the process. Now that the process is over, and my husband and I can start building our lives again. Words cannot express how grateful we are for everything that David has done for us. He has gone above and beyond what anyone would have done for us. He has been truly a blessing to our family. Thank you David!!!!!!!
