Biography
I’m a student loan lawyer who has helped thousands of federal and private student loan borrowers lower their payments, negotiate settlements, get out of default, and qualify for loan forgiveness programs. My practice includes defending student loan lawsuits filed by companies such as Navient and National Collegiate Student Loan Trust. In addition, I’ve represented thousands of individuals and families in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases.

Not Responsive, Difficult to Get a Hold of

Replied last March 08, 2018I hold myself to a higher standard of responsiveness than what the reviewer received. My staff members did their job by taking messages and forwarding them to me; the lack of response is solely my fault. I've reached out to the reviewer with a complete response and an apology. I have also offered a full return of the appointment fee that the reviewer paid. The reviewer is correct that documents aren't reviewed until the meeting is held; we ask that people send documents in advance of the meeting so we may review them together in real-time.
