Great outcome during a difficult time...

I do Investments for a living, hiring Russell Hebets is one of the best investments I have ever made!

I have nothing but great things to say about Russell Hebets and his firm. From returning my first voicemail for a consultation, to my final court appearance, everything was handled first class and I was made to feel like I was their most important client. I discovered the firm in research for a D...UI related offense. Having been through the process before with other council, I knew what I was looking for and it had to be top notch representation. The service I received from Russell Hebets was exactly what I had hoped for and more. Russell was very knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable with his recommendations. This ultimately improved my situation and as he presented my case and laid ground work for my defense, his previous experience in the District Attorney's office shined. This clearly an attribute in his approach as defense council and in my opinion something that sets him apart from other council. The end result of my case was in my favor. I do not think things may have gone this way if I had not hired Hebets. A small and often offer looked detail like the reading and understanding of my Miranda Rights, were not overlooked by Russell and ultimately made a big difference for me. I am very appreciative of Russell's time effort and energy in my defense. I would feel comfortable referring any of my friends or family to use his services if the need were to arise. I may do investments for a living, but I can assure you that perhaps the best investment I have ever made was in hiring Hebets and McCallin to represent me. I highly recommend their services, if you ever were to find yourself in the unfortunate predicament that I did. Thank you Russell!

Can't Get Matlock? Call Russell!

Russell Hebets is a magnificent trial lawyer, a sort of legal Sun Tzu. I did not at first realize how critical this fact would be to my case, but from the moment I retained Mr. Hebets every aspect of my defense was well accounted for. His high integrity and good character were readily apparent at all... times. He always communicated clearly and honestly with me about the case and my options, especially to address the least favorable aspects, and then he let me choose how to proceed. All business with the court was handled promptly, favorably, and without any issues. Ultimately, it was in the courtroom where Russell really shined and his attention to even the smallest details became crystal clear. Through his careful cross-examination of witnesses, presentation of new evidence, and close handle on courtroom procedure Russell was able to clearly demonstrate my innocence to the jury. The DA is a better lawyer today for having lost to him. At the end of the day, Russell helped me regain my freedom and my liberty, and you can't put a price on that. I would recommend this firm without any hesitation.

A true professional - would highly recommend him!

I needed help quickly and hired Russell, a "24" hour lawyer. After listening to my situation and understanding what I needed, he was able to get my charges reduced from a class 5 felony to a class 2 misdemeanor so that it would not impact my job with minimal conditions of the probation and I got a d...eferred judgement (charges dismissed) which is not often heard of. Russell was caring, professional, classy during this extremely stressful time in my life and guided me every step of the way since I had no prior record of anything, not even a parking ticket and had no experience in a courtroom either! This was helpful when it came to negotiations with the DA as well. He listened to me with compassion which is hard to come by these days and was always upfront with every fact, very quick to return emails and calls too. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
