The Best!!

Lawsuit vs local school district.

Mr. Valdez was one of the only attorneys who gave me time and took my case. His Law Firm Davie Valdez & Mcelroy treated me with respect, and always kept me posted. Discrimination case

John took my case against my employer and was very empathetic and trustworthy. I have never gone through such a difficult experience but I was very lucky to have John as my attorney. He is very knowledgable and explained everything to me throughout the process. Friendly and Knowledgeable

Don't be afraid to speak up. ..

When I initially met with Mr. Valdez I was unsure of what to expect. This has been my first time going through such ordeal with losing my job. He seemed very reserved, but later I learned that is just him being observant. He informed me that I did in fact have a case. He also informed me of my rights as an employee. Mr. Valdez has and continues to present himself professionally and with good work ethics. Not once has he mentioned anything else, but what is best for me and what I want. I have recommended Mr. Valdez and I will continue to do so.

I would recommend him & do everytime chance I get

John was assigned to my wrongful termination case after I had already had a few meetings with another attorney at his office. He was very personable and kind and easygoing. He allowed me to voice my concerns and I never felt rushed or that I inconvenienced him. He showed himself to be very knowledgeable and advised me to call and check in with him at anytime. I would recommend him to everyone, everytime all the time. I am very pleased.
