Alan helped my accomplish something that my previous attorney said would be impossible.

Helped to get my case dropped!

This was the first time in my life I needed a defense lawyer. I did not know what to do. I looked online and spoke to my friends, which is how I found this law firm. The two partners Alan Eisner and Dmitry Gorin both worked on my case before the arraignment date. I should not never have been arrested in the first place and was very scared how the rest of my life would be affected. They worked with the police and DA to show them I was not guilty. When the date of arraignment came, the office called me to say I did not need to come to court because the case was dropped. This was not an easy experience. I needed to get them witness emails, my background materials, and letters of reference. I hope to never have to go through this again but I appreciated everything the lawyers did and the finality of a dismissal.

Alan helped my accomplish something that my previous attorney said would be impossible.

Alan Eisner got me the very exact results that I wanted. He gave my case more attention than any other lawyer did, and I felt that he cared for me as a person as well. I only found it challenging to contact him or get a call back from him. As for the cost, they were not cheap, but worth it for their expertise.

All Charges Were Dropped!

Mr. Eisner is an expert in courtroom defense. His law firm handled a case for a member of our family where they were efficient in getting the DA’’s office to drop all the charges. Highly Recommend This Law Firm

I was arrested for the domestic violence and charged with a felony case because she had a bruised eye. I thought I was screwed because the situation looked horrible. After speaking with multiple lawyers, the law firm of Eisner Gorin sounded the most confident. I liked how anytime I had questions they were always there to answer them. Alan and his legal team managed to get the charges dismissed! Highly recommend this law firm.

Case Dismissed!

I was charged with a felony crime and found Alan Eisner‘s law firm through a referral. I felt nervous that I was facing the risk of a conviction and jail. I had no prior arrest and this was a very scary experience. I feel very blessed the case was dismissed after Alan and his legal team defended me in court. I liked how hard he worked to convince the DA I was innocent. I highly recommend this law firm.

Very Efective Legal Representation

Not guilty verdict on my domestic violence case

I was charged with the domestic violence in the San Fernando Courthouse. I had never been in trouble before and was scared when I was falsely accused. Mr. Eisner and his legal team fought for me and convinced the jury I was innocent. He truly saved my future. I liked how he always took the time to answer my phone calls and questions. I will always be grateful.

great attorney

I hired Alan after a few people said he was the best. My case called for a sentencing of a minimum of 41 months, Federal. Alan worked his rear end off for me for over a year and three times in court. In our positioning report to the court we asked for 12 months home confinement with the ability to go to work during the day. We went before the judge in early December. I was granted exactly what he'd asked for. No jail time. I was very grateful that day that I had hired Alan.

Tough case. Job well done as well as can be with little room to maneuver. Alan is experienced, caring, and engaged. He always kept me informed. Referred by another attorney. It was great advice and outcome on my case. Highly recommend.
