Above and beyond

First review mysteriously unposted. I am very grateful to Russell for the work he did on my case the resolution was even better than anticipated. He knew what to expect, was friendly with the judge, communicated well and willing to speak to my family and in the end got an outcome that was unexpect...ed positively. In whatever phase we are in post-covid, the laws and rigidness within the justice system have not changed at all since covid began, and is a place to avoid at all cost. That said I can’t recommend Russell and his firm highly enough, even for a consult. Their firm is very straightforward and realistic, communicates well and is worth consulting with at a minimum. My family and I are infinitely grateful for the care and representation we received.

Russell was amazing. Treated me as if I was family. Always kept in contact with me via the phone, text or email. Explained everything I needed to do in detail. I was charged with DUI and he was able speak with the DA and get it dropped to DWAI. Helped we understand how to get my license back and what... I needed to do to obtain it. He was completely upfront with cost and I never paid a dime more the what he quoted me. I would highly recommend him if you in need of an attorney. Again, as I stated above simple amazing. Thanks Russell for all you did to help me.

Professional, Understanding, and Driven

When I was hit with a DUI related charge, I had no idea what to do or how to go about the legal process at all. In hiring a defense lawyer, I went through 2 or 3 consultations before contacting Russell Hebets. His calm demeanor, matter-of-fact way of speaking, and obvious expertise in his field sto...od out to me in a way no other lawyer did. Hiring him was the best decision I could have made throughout all of this. Whether by phone or email, I knew that I could ask him any question and he would do his best to give me the most consise answer possible. Hebets never minced words and always informed me of the case based on facts, (good or bad) which I appreciated. I was always informed of any changes with the case, and I never felt out of the loop or as if I had no power in the situation. He took the time to find the smaller details in my case that could have been overlooked by another lawyer, and use those details to the best of advantage. Because of him, I was able to keep my license and turn what could have been a very rough situation into something I can deal with and move on from. This is a lawyer whom one can trust from beginning to end to keep step through the process. I hope to never need him again, but if I do, I know I'm in good hands all the way.
