Looking back and having all aspects of what I would consider to have been the most difficult and trying period of my life complete and over. I have to say without question that I could not possibly imagine having anyone else as my counsel through this most difficult process.
Deanna not only has a special talent in this field. She naturally blends this talent with a total understanding of how delicate and emotional this event can be for her client. As a working professional man in my early 50's, I would be kidding myself if I said that I didn't at times feel vulnerable or emotional while in the process. Deanna was always so prompt with getting back to me on my concerns, thoughts and feelings, to help put things into perspective, with full explanation and total guidance, giving me complete understanding and clarity. She took the reins and organized, lead, supported and guided me, exactly as I needed.
Knowing that I had Deanna as my counsel, knowing she was there leading and batting for me, as well as my children, at every step, gave me such a piece of mind.
Deanna promptly delivered results in a top level professional manner and did this with a compassion, sureness and guidance that I, without question, needed being this was a divorce of my 28 year marriage with children.
Deanna is definitely the best at what she does. I consider her to be a good friend now and my door is always open to her and her team.

I hired Deanna to represent me through a very trying and emotional divorce and custody battle which straddled forensically documented abuse. I cannot say enough for how professional Deanna and her staff were; how they helped me understand my choices and revisited them as often as needed; how patient she was answering texts and emails; and how thorough she was in arguing and getting a settlement and custody decision reflective of the unique circumstances of my case vs what the law and courts normally hand down.
We were able to settle via mediation out of court but it was close at one point. She convinced me to call my ex’s bluff by setting a court date and she was completely correct that it was the right move. You must have a professional you can trust to steer you right even when you are emotionally spent and terrified. Deanna is THAT kind of lawyer.
I knew I needed a top notch attorney with the unflagging endurance of a husky (wink wink) in the Iditarod to deal with the power and financial inequity of my case and I’m beyond glad I trusted all of her previous reviewers. She was the only one in town who had stellar reviews by people who kept using her post divorce and I can see why. I consider Deanna a friend. I trust her implicitly after how she went to bat for my kids and I, and I will continue to use her should future issues arise.
