Poor Communication_Poor Performance

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Nick Nuspl. I had to pay a Non Refundable Retainer, which is very unusual for a family law case and upon researching further, this is not standard for most law firms and I now see that was the first red flag with this office. Mr. Nuspl started out ve...ry strong in his communication and then just went radio silent and I had to reach out 3-4 times to obtain a response. I received a document prepared for the court that was full of erros, typos, and omissions. I was apalled that this was the level of work from a highly respected attorneys ofice. I also had to ask for copies of my invoices and it seemed as if the invoices were not being prepared contemporaneously as it took his paralegal weeks to provide me with a requested invoice. I read the reviews prior and thought it seemed like a good firm, but sadly my experience was not positive and I definitely would not retain Nick Nuspl again in any future legal proceedings.

Amazing find, efficient lawyer, super helpful

Nick has represented me twice so far over the years, his team helped find things my ex-husband hid from the courts during our discovery. Justice was served for my daughter and myself, if I ever get divorced again i';ll be using Mr. Nusplh his assistant Amanda is also amazing, thank you both.

Cannot Make An Appointment

I am in the midst of an amicable divorce and was looking for representation under my MetLife legal plan. I have paid for this plan for three years in case something comes up, but have never had to use it. I have been playing phone tag with this office all week with no intake appointment scheduled! I ...am a teacher and work in a portable where there is no reception. I have to walk a great distance away from my room and be outside to make or receive phone calls. On top of this, I am in class all day! I cannot leave the building to answer a call whenever this front office decides to return it. Also, the text feature of their phone number does not work. I texted them and left multiple voicemails with clear instructions to reply with three of their next available appointments that were after 4 PM or during the weekend, and they simply returned my call by leaving a voicemail telling me to call them back. They then called me during class, after I explicitly told them via text and voicemail that I would not be available until after 2:15 on Thursdays. I had to answer my phone during class and then asked if I could call them back at 2:15. They said sure. I called them back at 2:15. They did not answer. I then called them back at 2:50, just in case they misunderstood me, and they still did not answer. I left another message, and as of Sunday, they have not called me back. It is extremely frustrating to be put through the ringer like this especially when you have a timely matter to discuss. I would like to give this attorney a chance because of his wonderful track record and reviews, but his front office is making it near impossible to secure an intake appointment.

It started in 2007. It's now 2022 No Resolution.

Won't answer. Promised to keep lein on property failed. Failed to know our rights. Cost us the case completely. The only heir how hard could it be.

Worst ever. Poor advice. Waste of time and money

He has listed himself as a universal lawyer like he handles all types of cases. I hired him for divorce case for which he did not know to go through the basic process. I would never recommend this kind of a attorney to anyone. Do some research, don't just rely on google reviews like me. He had good r...eviews on google and I chose him. Bad decision.
