During the one hour interview that Mr. Fisher recently afforded me in his office I found him to be approachable, friendly, sincere, competent, and highly knowledgable in his speciality. He quickly and efficiently outlined the key legal parameters in my case and kindly took the time to thoroughly detail each for me. He couldn't have done a better job. Best Lawyer in Fresno

I broke my right thumb at work a year ago and suffered multiple injuries. The most severe was my lower thumb which required surgery. My path to recovery has been emotionally harder than the physical pain endured by the accident but Gilbert Fisher and his team have shown me incredibly support throughout the process. He was able to secure policy limits from both claims he made on my behalf. Gilbert Fisher fight hard for me and my family. He explained every step thoroughly and made sure that I was comfortable with the process. When I called his office I was always greeted by a warm voice and when needed he spoke with me directly. I never once felt alone in my fight and Gilbert make every effort he could to help me through this difficult process. All I wanted was for my family not to be in debt due to my medical bills but I was blessed with more than I could ever imagine. If you have a legitimate claim and you want the best then Gilbert Fisher is your guy. Why settle for less when you can have the best.

Knowledgeable & Honest

I went to consult with him about my injury and workers comp case and he answered all my questions, was very knowledgeable, and polite. I didn't need to hire him, but if I needed an attorney down the road I definitely would.

Excellent Attorney

This is the first time I have ever reviewed an attorney, I met with Mr. Fisher in regards to my Workmans compensation case even though Mr. Fisher was unable to represent my case he did direct me to the correct attorneys. I must say Mr. Fisher took the time to meet with my husband and I and looked over and explained throughly my QME report and what options I had to choose from. Mr. Fisher is excellent at his job very professional a patient man that is willing to help an individual and not try to take money he never made me feel that I needed to hire him he was very knowledgeable helpful and even went above his duties to break down Workmans compensation how it works and what I was entitled to. I would highly recommend Gilbert Fisher I promise you will not regret making an appointment to consult with this attorney he is by far excellent.

Helped me through a difficult time

Brilliant, experienced, understanding, and compassionate

I had the pleasure of utilizing Mr. Fisher in a very difficult worker's compensation case. Immediately on the onset, Mr. Fisher grasped the complex situation and provided immediate feedback. His legal assistance was direct/on-point and provided extremely positive resolutions to the case. I have dealt with many other attorneys, but Mr. Fisher is absolutely my go-to worker's compensation attorney. One other key characteristic was that Mr. Fisher was amazingly kind, respectful, and compassionate when discussing the matter.

Wife pays cash for new car

Mr. Fisher was professional and like amazingly human. he took time to allow my wife to over explain things. His kindness and deep sensitivity to my wifes feelings were something I had not exprienced with other attorneys we had spoken with. My wife grabbedmy arm in the car as we were driving away and told me " I really like him ". I breathed a huge sigh of relief. Mr. Fishers sense of respondsibility to our family never waivered. At one point frankly, when we thought all was lost; Mr. Fisher made several trips in one day back and forth to my wifes place of work then to our home and back to the insurance companies attoroney and then to the judge. My wife had a settlement check in her hands in plenty of time to avoid any late fees on our home loan and buy herself a brand NEW Escalade she has always wanted in time for Christmas.! His kindness, his diligence and his expertice were invaluable to our families dignity. I would tell anyone who needs a good fighter to help them please call Mr. Fisher. Sincerly, Alan G.

Saved us from a big mistake.

We originally hired a paralegal to fill out our paper work, and we filed our case ourself. When we went to the trustee meeting, we were told we would lose one of our cars and our boat. The meeting was continued. We found Mr. Fisher to help us. He amended our petition, and was able to exempt our car and boat. It almost cost us several thousand dollars to try and save a couple of bucks by using a paralegal. I would recommend to anyone that you go to an attorney for your bankruptcy.
