Great Lawyer

Earlier this week I visited Nick Gounaris office with my family. Upon arrival, I he was very anxious because i had never been in an attorneys office before. We went to the 20th floor of the building and was greeted by a very nice receptionist. Still anxious, we were then placed in a beautiful room with large glass windows and the view of downtown Dayton! I have never been up that high with such a beautiful view of the city. I was Immediately relaxed when Nick came in very promptly to assist my family with the documentation we needed. He made us feel very comfortable and confident in what decisions needed to be made. All in all, I enjoyed the experience of visiting Nick Gounaris office and learning the process. I would highly recommend his office to others in need of an attorney.

Gounaris, was not only an attorney in Dayton but also served as a Judge at the Dayton Municipal Court, the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, General Division as well as the Probate Judge for Montgomery County.

In order to stay on top of new developments in the legal field, Mr. Gounaris has been involved as a member of many legal associations including the Dayton Bar Association, The Ohio State Bar Association, The American Bar Association The Miami Valley Trial Lawyers Association and The Federal Bar Association. Mr. Gounaris served two years as the President of the Federal Bar Association, Dayton Chapter.

Mr. Gounaris regularly represents clients in Montgomery, Greene, Miami, Preble and Warren Counties as well as in the Federal Courts located in the Southern District of Ohio and throughout the United States. Great experience!

I would like to share how seemless the process was when dealing with Nick Gounaris and his staff. I flew in town from Florida to help family resolve an issue. Not knowing we needed an attorney ahead of time we called nicks office on a Friday morning, spoke to Mallory who was extremely helpful by arranging us a meeting with Nick only a few hours later. He not only took the time to help us with what we thought we needed but went above and beyond to point us in the right direction and provide us with the nessessary tools to further resolve the issue. He came highly recommended from others in the area and his rates were very reasonable.

Engineer

Nick Gounaris is a super talented attorney who got me results that I did not even think were possible! I was facing a third ovi within 10 years. My mandatory minimum sentence was 60 days in jail. He got me a verdict that included no jail time and I was able to get the help I needed to turn my life around. He is very compassionate and cares about his clients. Even well after the case was over with, he took the time to talk to me about getting driving privileges for work. There is no better law firm in Dayton than this one in my opinion.

Would definitely recommend

Mr. Gounaris was very professional and took the time to get to know me and my case. I was extremely nervous when I went to see him but left feeling confident and cared for. Great Lawyer, Exactly who you want to represent you

The day after my incident, I spent hours calling all of the Lawyers I could find in Dayton. Nick was not only the first to respond, but he actually called me personally, setting him apart from the vast majority of all the others I called. On that initial phone call, he took the time to make sure he understood every possible detail of my incident and gave me his honest opinion of the possible outcomes. I met with Nick in person the following day and immediately felt at ease. He remembered everything we had talked about, was engaging, pragmatic, and honest while taking the time to fully understand my desired outcome. His office staff was also extremely cordial and helpful and even called to give me appointment and court appearance reminders. After my first court appearance, he took the time to meet with me again in person to discuss all of my options, the implications of each, and how they would affect me, making sure I fully understood everything. We met in court for a second time and when it was all said and done, Nick not only got my charge reduced further than my initial plea bargain, but he was able to get the mandatory license suspension for my charge reduced by half. He not only met, but far exceeded my goals that we had initially discussed leaving me with the best imaginable outcome for my case. After my charge, Nick continued to answer any questions I had in a respectful, informative and timely manner. I would 100% recommend Nick to anybody!!!!!!!

Great lawyer

Hired Nick when I was in a pinch and didn't know where to go on a DV case. He listened and was extremely helpful. He answered every question I had during a very trying time. He was able to get me an acceptable result. I would recommend him to everyone.

Hands down, the best Lawyer in Dayton, Ohio

My experience with Nick was the best experience I have ever had with a Lawyer. He was extremely knowledgeable and he really cared about us as clients. He was available to discuss our case whenever I called and he didn't rush us around, he took the time to explain everything and the outcome in court was the best case scenario, not the worst. Nick fought for us and won. It's not everyday that you come across someone who is as knowledgeable about the law and is actually sincere about wanting you to have the best outcome. Nick is exactly who you're looking for

When I was at my worst and had no idea what to do, Nick was there to reassure me and work his hardest to help me pull through. I recommend Nichola Gounaris

Mr. Gounaris was appointed to my by the Federal Court in Dayton, Ohio. I was charged with a crime with a 10 year minimum sentence if I went to trial. He was able to work out a global deal between the U.S. Attorney's office and my co-defendants and myself. My plea deal called for a sentence of approximately 3 years. His impeccable representation of my character during the case got me a 2 year flat sentence. He was able to keep me out of jail (from 10/08 - 4/10), got me my vehicle returned to me and got me off house arrest. All this without me having any knowledge of any additional people that could be prosecuted. Because of the advice given to me by Nicholas Gounaris, the final outcome of my case is better than what it could have been and much better than what my family and I expected. I recommend Nicholas Gounaris for his knowledge, integrity and reputation!

An Outstanding Lawyer

Mr. Gounaris defended my husband and me in a malicous lawsuit. We are business people that are natural targets for lawsuits, but this one was particularly disturbing because the plantiff filed false claims and claimed millions in damages. Nick did a brilliant job. Just as important to me, he explained the procedures so I could understand, he listened with compassion and made me feel at ease and confident that justice would be served. He knows and honors the law. I would proudly recommend him.

The Best In Dayton!

I have utilized Nick Gounaris' professional services several times over the last seven years, and have to say he is simply the best there is in the Dayton area. Quite dissatisfied

He is kinda snobby over the phone. I read great reviews over the internet but when i called him to set up an appointment he was very rude and didnt have any concern of my situation. I dont reccomend hiring him, i guess once youve been around and see the same stuff everyday you become less enthusiastic of helping people.
