My husband and I have heard of stories of people that simply didn't hire an attorney for a real estate purchase and we questioned whether or not we should when we were initially on the hunt for one. Looking back now, we can unequivocally say not only do you need an attorney you need a great attorney on your side through any real estate transaction because you can never account for the unexpected. Roman represented us as buyers on two transactions. The first was a deal that had to be cancelled while we were far along in the process due to some unexpected results that fell out from the seller's side (yes it was very shady!) and with aggressive seller's attorneys and all, Roman came to the rescue with his legal expertise and was able to come to agreeable terms to cancel the transaction and we received our full deposit back as well. The second transaction, was for the purchase of our first home and it was very successful! Throughout this experience, Roman was always available to answer any questions we had and if he wasn't available in that very moment his paralegal Nancy was there and she always put us at ease! He has such a wonderful team and it was such a pleasure working with them. I also appreciate that he doesn't speak to you with all the legal jargon that can often be very confusing for people. Lastly and most importantly I feel as though we were always comfortable talking to him or his staff throughout the process. Roman is a lawyer you can trust to be on your side!

Me and my spouse hired Roman for closure of our home purchase. Roman Tabatchouk is the worst lawyer ever. Don't pay him and don't trust him. He doesn't care about customers. Once he is paid, he totally ignores the client. He doesn't care about the interests of client. We bought a home with the help of Roman Tabatchouk and it was a huge mistake. We lost a lot of money because Roman failed to help with the legal issues regarding the inspection of the broken roof. Roman just ignored my numerous emails. Don't trust him, better find more reliable lawyer.
