Replied last April 29, 2022The consultation fee is explained in writing and again orally by a paralegal before accepting any fee. It is compensation for my time and for preventing me from accepting other representation by any other party in the case. Paying the consultation fee is no guarantee of future representation. Long-standing problems cannot be solved in a week for $300.00. A train cannot be put back on the track in a week for $300.00. Some clients need more than legal help. (I love my new office! So does everyone else except this lady.)

Unprofessional and Rude
On the morning of Oct 26th I called Anne Harvey Law Firm multiple times (5) due to it continuing to ring busy. On the fifth time, it seemed as though the call was going through. Replied last October 27, 2021What kind of person calls more than twice, hangs up each time, then calls and leaves a message, and then immediately calls more than twice, again? This fellow is not my client but someone with no idea how to conduct business. He jammed up my phone lines with one call after another. No one was rude to him, but I asked him to stop successive calls and to use a little common sense. What a Karen!

Unprofessional Attorney
Poor communication, even crude and totally unsympathetic to the issue. She demonstrated a cold and rude response to the issue. I would never recommend this attorney under any circumstances.

Replied last January 18, 2019This is certainly an inaccurate account of what happened. This person never paid a dime for attorney fees and I devoted a fair amount of time with him on the telephone and in person, after my regular hours. He called me three times in one hour to see if I received a document he forgot to bring to the meeting. He claimed he faxed it but didn’t have my fax number! His VM was full so I couldn’t return his calls. When he finally showed up to my office with his paper in hand, he was belligerent and claimed my fax number was not on my business card. It is. I politely told him I wanted him to find a different lawyer and he stormed out. I know AVVO recommends soft psychology when dealing with bad reviews. I chose not to represent him because sometimes, the juice is just not worth the squeeze.

Great Experience - would highly recommend
I was terrified being faced with litigation regarding my alimony. She met with me and listened, did not judge, she explained to me my options and was very positive but honest. I appreciated her level-headedness throughout the whole process.

Horrendous
After consult for a divorce. I paid the initial fees. Then never heard back. Weeks have gone by and nothing. Will not take my call or return calls and emails. I want my money back. I will never use or recommend her.
