Not a cliché, look no further!!!!!

I would not be typing this today if it were not for this firm and Micheal Waddington! When the reviews say aggressive believe them; this will not be the only review you see. He was able to take three charges down from article 107 and 2 counts of article 120 to an aquittle of all charges! He is the be...st in the nation for the reason that he is aggressive and does not stop! If you think he’s not thinking about your case when he’s not talking to you or while he’s busy with his other cases, you’ve lost your mind!!! This mans focus is impenetrable he is constantly thinking and making moves! He comes with facts and the sooner you let him know all the facts of his case the easier he can take it to prosecutors! He had his closing argument pretty much down from day 2 of a supposedly 5 day trial and the insight and foresight is undoubtedly the best. I’m not going to go into too many facts about the case, but from the day he showed up he had already been in contact with a doctor who gave substantiated facts, investigators that knew what it meant to do an actual non biased investigation, a jag lawyer who is also the top jag on the west coast and a plethora of witnesses who when interviewed gave testimony truthfully and untainted! All of these lead to destroying a doctor who thought they could guess the BAC of a person based on a description of the person, witnesses who changed a their stories and investigators who didn’t get all the facts before they made their conclusion to charges! If you want the real deal and think you can’t afford it guess again, what you could lose is far greater than this firms price! I will be able to continue my career in the navy, the navy I love and that has given me so much, all because of this firm. Thank you Mr. Waddington and your firm I will stay in contact forever!

Now for something completely different...

If you're at the point where you're reading Mike's reviews then we both know you've already made the best decision, so I won't attempt to sell him. His experience sells itself. I will offer the solace of firm results for those falsely accused, as I know you're flabbergasted, weighing percentages, w...ondering "why me?" No worries mate, Mike's got you well in hand. My case? Standard issue jilted ex that snowballs into multiple provably false 120s, 128s, throw in an article 91 (or 92)...multiple accusers (one an AFOSI agent) you get the idea. Result for the accused: Two years later (another 5% in retirement, bright side, don't forget), I'm fat, dumb and happy, enjoying the retirement pay of a senior NCO (and non-taxable disability), and prepping for free law school (Mike let me school the prosecutor in court myself on why none of his "witnesses" could make any statement whatsoever. If that's not inspiration to be a zealous advocate I don't know what is.) along with the non-taxable 2,300 a month BAH while I'm attending (still debating his fees vs. your happiness?). Results for the accusers and those "in charge": Accuser 3: Five years monitored probation, civilian jail time (x2), weekly urinalysis, and current criminal investigation (ongoing). Accuser 2: Went from federal agent to having to return home to work in a town of 32,000 in an extremely cold and bleak northern state after 11 years in the military with a TS clearance. Initial accuser results will be posted following Congressional and CID investigation, as I believe in due process, not libel. Convening Authority (Colonel) for my "case": Earlier than expected retirement, no promotion to General, focus of investigation as well. Commanding General: Results to follow. Company Commander: Removed from position. First Sergeant: Removed after only six months in position. Bottom line: TDS (in this case CPT Mark, et al...) has extremely competent and caring attorneys (Google Mike, when he got out, and more importantly read between the lines on why he got out), but simply put: sometimes they leave. Michael Waddington is THERE. Hurricane Irma and no electricity since he lived in P.R.? No problem, he moved to Florida. Prosecution wants a plea agreement? No problem: I told the General to give me two GCMs and a letter of recommendation within 2 weeks of signing an agreement for a Company level letter of reprimand. Get it? Michael will play it to the bone for you. Your end isn't deciding whether to retain him, it's deciding to "nut up" and go all the way after you do. Take it from a double Bronze Star winner with actual trigger time (as opposed to your Convening Authority), Mike does NOT flinch. Thanks for your time. I'm going to go enjoy retirement and grow this super sweet beard now.

Don't risk your future, hire the best

The nightmare began when I was targeted by an online blackmail, and escalated when law enforcement charged me with attempted sexual assault. I was facing felony charges and the end of everything I worked for. After carefully searching for representation expert in the UCMJ, I called Waddington & Go...nzalez, and it was the best possible decision. Michael and Alexandra clearly articulated what was happening, what could happen, and what they were going to do. With their help, the charges were ultimately dropped and I am able to resume life free of a criminal record. I would recommend Michael Waddington to anyone facing Court-Martial.

Pitbull for the Powerless

Wow! Wow! Wow! Pitbull for the powerless is how I describe this real American hero. I was facing a general court-martial for an alleged sexual assault which could have wrongfully ended my 20-year career and destroyed my family. I found Mr. Waddington's information online and contacted him right away.... There was no question he was the man for the job. He was hired and set out to rightfully defend me against this horrible allegation. Mr. Waddington knows the law and he knows the UCMJ. He tirelessly prepared and fought for me and we were successful in court! Now a 20-year career has been restored and a family is still intact thanks for Mr. Waddington's dedication to defending those like me that have had an attempted character assassination target placed upon them. Mr. Waddington was the right man for my UCMJ criminal defense case and he IS the right man for your case as well! I would hire him again and recommend others do as well. Even those supporting me in the courtroom made similar comments about him being one of the best defense attorneys they're ever heard argue in court. he was a consummate professional both in and out of court. he made himself available to me letting me know I was the priority as his client. Thank you, Mr. Waddington, for giving me my life and career back!

The best, without question. Do not hesitate to hire Michael Waddington.

My situation began in 2016 when a female falsely accused me of sexual assault. Shortly after, I received a phone call from a police investigator, who asked me to provide my statement. I, wanting my side of the story heard, initially agreed, but decided to ask a local attorney to accompany me. This la...wyer ultimately advised against my meeting with the police and instead contacted them on my behalf and represented me going forward. The next couple of months were extremely nerve-wracking so when I received word that the District Attorney dismissed the case I thought everything was great. It wasn't. The Navy contacted me shortly thereafter and informed me of an NCIS investigation for the same allegation. They further informed me that I was placed on legal hold from my impending separation date and the nightmare started all over again. Unfortunately, my local attorney was not familiar with military law, but very fortunately, I was referred to Michael Waddington as the recognized expert in military sexual assault cases. I contacted his firm, Gonzalez & Waddington Attorneys at Law for a consultation. Almost immediately, I received a call from the firm's assistant, Sandra, who put me in touch with Alexandra Gonzalez-Waddington for an initial consultation. Mrs. Waddington was very understanding and professional during the interview and put me at ease by thoroughly explaining the process to me and gave me the feeling that I had a seriously experienced team on my side. I definitely had a renewed peace of mind once she agreed the firm would take on my case. In the meantime, a second female band-wagoned with a new sexual assault allegation, making my case that much more complex. While I was completely comfortable with my choice of attorney, things were quickly worsening, and my anxiety was rapidly escalating. Although my interaction with Mrs. Waddington was exclusively remote via email or phone, she handled a majority of their pre-trial information gathering and discussions with me, and any time I needed to speak with her she was extremely responsive. Mr. Waddington attended my Motions Hearing and I was impressed with his demeanor and spent the afternoon discussing the case. I felt comfortable whenever I spoke with my attorneys about the situation despite the stress and angst that were constantly resident in my life. Mr. Waddington arrived the weekend before my court martial and came ready for battle. I was his and my Navy-appointed JAG's sole focus from that point forward and watching them work was simply amazing. At the end of the trial, after six terrifying hours of jury deliberation, I was found Not Guilty of all charges against me, six in total. At times it is difficult to get in touch with him, especially when your case is several months away. However, it is important to remember the best attorneys are the busiest attorneys, and Michael Waddington is among the top attorneys in this field. He is constantly either in preparation for a trial or arguing a case. As my case approached, communication with my JAG, Michael, and Alexandra increased exponentially and there was never any indication of their not having a complete handle on the situation. The financial price for their services seems high but is worth it, especially when you consider what is at stake: for me, it was my freedom, my name, and my future. My life, really. I can say without a doubt that hiring Michael Waddington was the best decision I ever made and I highly recommend him to any military member facing a sexual assault-related charge.
