Biography
I’m an attorney based in Miami and a founding partner of Coto & Waddington PLLC. My practice focuses on startup law, business law, and estate planning. I help clients structure their businesses, draft and review contracts, and protect their assets through wills, trusts, and probate-avoidance strategies.
I grew up in Puerto Rico and learned Spanish while I lived there. Before becoming a lawyer, I served 6 years in the United States Army Reserves and deployed overseas. These experiences have shaped my work ethic, discipline, and commitment to the people I represent.
