Biography
Ryan was born and raised in Auburn, graduating from Auburn High School in 2000, St. Lawrence University in 2004(B.A. in Government), and Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2008 where he received an Honors Scholarship and the New York Alumni Scholarship.
He is a lifelong resident of the community and glad to be practicing law in his hometown. Ryan serves on the Westminster Manor Board of Directors.
Ryan is licensed in New York State and in the U.S. District Court, Northern District of the New York State.
