Biography
I am a first-generation Cuban-American, born and raised in Miami. I graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami and earned my law degree cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law. I am based in Miami and a founding partner of Coto & Waddington PLLC. My practice focuses on estate planning, startup and small-business law, and condominium and HOA matters. I help clients create wills and trusts, plan for the future, form and structure their businesses, and draft and review the agreements they need to operate smoothly and avoid disputes.
I also handle HOA and condominium issues, including challenges to improper board actions, violations of Florida’s condominium laws, and conflicts involving access, assessments, and governance.
