"Nicholas and I defended a Navy sailor in a criminal trial at Naval Station Norfolk in Feb 2016. We had an uphill fight. After intense preparation and investigations, we spotted Brady (discovery) violations and other misconduct by the prosecution. We went on the offensive and exposed more violations. We asked the Judge to dismiss the case. We were initially denied. After two days of intense arguments and cross examinations, Nicholas convinced the Judge to dismiss all of the charges with prejudice. He's a badass lawyer and a cool guy that fights to the end for his clients."
