Todd Wells

I was born and raised in NC and have practiced law in Wake County since 2003. I have extensive experince in criminal defense. I spent over 12 years taking on thousands of cases, including felonies, as a court appointed attorney while taking on cases for clients who retained me as well. I have taken many cases to trial and won, in both bench and jury trials, includiing DWIs, assaults, drug charges and many other matters. I have also handled thousands of traffic tickets and know how to save you from expensive insurance a divorced father of two children, I personally understand the stress and emoitonal turmoil that is all too often referred to as "family law" (a far too blase term for those facing child custody, alimony, child support, splitting marital property, and other issues). This is why I chose to start helping people through difficult legal problems. I am in a unique position as an attorney, and one who knows from personal experience, to understand your family problems from a point of empathy and fight hard for your legal rights.
