THE BEST LAWYER EVER!

I hired Mr. Waddington back in mid 2019 a few months after finding out I was under investigation for sexual assault. The investigators did a terrible job and were completely bias against me even falsifying information. Near the end of 2019 I was charged with sexual assault, housebreaking and kidnappi...ng without a single piece of evidence. Michael and Alexandra Waddington were the first to see right through the lies that were being told against me by OSI and gave me hope that this wasn't the end of my life. Michael and Alexandra Waddington did way more than just consult me when we first spoke, they gave me some of the best and most insightful information about situations like this and how often times good people get charged by shady or misled organizations like OSI. My charges were preferred to courts martial and as the months got closer Michael and Alexandra Waddington painstakingly went through everything that OSI had against me and found every single hole in their false story. By the time the court martial came, Michael Waddington was more than ready to go to battle in the courtroom. He immediately saw the truth of the matter that even I didn't see, and led the way to victory. The jury found me NOT GUILTY of all charges! Not only was Michael Waddington always at the top of his game in the courtroom, but he somehow always managed to keep the air in the courtroom light but very professional. If you are ever in need of an attorney I have no doubt that Michael Waddington and his wife Alexandra are the ones to hire for sure! They are worth every penny. In all honestly I think they are under paid. Thank you again Mr. and Mrs. Waddington!

SAVED MY LIFE

I was charged for 3 sex crimes by the military justice system. Even though I knew I was innocent my military lawyer wanted me to plead guilty. He said the government had all the resources in the world to convince a jury to convict me. I would have dishonorably discharged, lost all my benefits, have t...o register as a sex offender, and hopefully get a "light" prison sentence. Thank God we found Mr. Waddington to replace that military lawyer. Mr. Waddington was very aggressive attacking the government's case and their witnesses. I was told by the new military lawyer, that assisted Mr. Waddington, on the final day to bring a change of clothes and $40.00 to make phone calls from prison just incase we lost because I would go directly to prison. You cannot imagine how scared I was!! The day of the closing arguments Mr. Waddington shredded the prosecution case to pieces and the jury appeared to be mesmerized by his performance. The jury was out a short time, which seemed like a lifetime to me, and came back with a NOT GUILTY OF ALL CHARGES. All I can say is THANK YOU MR. WADDINGTON for saving my life.

An outstanding defense!

NOT GUILTY!! The history of the accusation against me, all the evidence that I gave OSI, and Mr. Waddington's work caliber were all part of my case that resulted of a NOT GUILTY verdict. First, I was accused of Sexual Assault a year ago by a girl that I have known for almost 2 years. I was noth...ing but good to her and she was the one that initiated everything. I was just following along with what she wanted. We had a complicated relationship but a relationship that anyone could tell that we're together. She immediately reported me to SARC the day after we had intercourse the night before. She suddenly flipped and turned against me. She had regrets, eventually lied/inconsistent on her statements and had the motive to fabricate. Second, when I was interrogated by OSI for 2 hours. I made a mistake of telling them my side of the story when I should of spoken to Mr. Waddington. I wrote a 12 page written sworn statement that eventually was disregarded because they had a video of me being interrogated and telling them details of what happened between her and I. I cooperated with them and I had no issue telling them anything they needed to know. Then I gave OSI my phone for the text messages as well as evidence from my computer regarding an apology letter from me to her. I basically gave OSI everything with a thought that I did not do anything wrong and that I thought they would help me find the truth in her accusation, but I made a HUGE mistake talking to them. All the evidence I gave them were turned to be used against me during the trial. I felt the most uncomfortable feeling I ever had listening/seeing all the evidence in court. I had relief when Mr. Waddington rebuttals the prosecutions argument as he did it with such a comforting feeling. Many things I definitely notice about Mr. Waddington upon seeing him work in the courtroom; his presence, his expertise, and a phenomenal Team Lead. I could sense Mr. Waddington's presence when he is in the courtroom. Even the audience/spectators that attends, packs the whole courtroom majority for the support of me, have noticed and only wanting to hear and see Mr. Waddington. Audience/spectators admired him. Even the jury seemed the same way. I could feel the safety and comfort that everything will be alright each time I see Mr. Waddington knowing that he is there for me. Mr. Waddington's expertise is something I definitely notice when he was defending me. He researched everything that was needed to properly dismantle prosecution's witness, arguments, and what they were going to say. For instance, during my trial he aggressively questioned the girl who accused me and she completely fell apart not knowing how to answer besides "I don't recall" or "I don't know". Similarly, the OSI agent who led my case and the one who interrogated me testified and was completely hammered by Mr. Waddington. Everyone in the audience kept talking about it when they get a chance to gossip. Also, it was an eye opening when the OSI agent admitted under oath that he did not do a proper investigation and was biased against me. He used the tactic "Believe the Victim" and "we're on your team" when interviewing the accuser. I did not stand a chance and I was already guilty in their eyes. Mr. Waddington caught that and skillfully defended my innocence. Mr. Waddington and his Defense team are phenomenal to witness. He brought in with him three experts that countered prosecution's experts. They communicated with laptops while prosecution communicated with their expert on sticky notes that was obnoxious to see. It was night and day. When one of Mr. Waddington's experts notice something that prosecution's expert does not know, they could relay information immediately. Mr. Waddington questions their expert on the spot as he cross-exam them resulting their answers to be in our favor. In all, do not hesitate to hire Mr. Waddington when your life and career is on the line.

BOI Success

I did not really realize the credentials Michael had before I met him. He’s written numerous books and it shows that he has a lot of experience. I think if I had only used the military defense I would have received an OTH. My discharge will say honorable and I could not be happier. Worth every cent. ...I have the ability now to recover my life. I could not be more thankful.

Tactful, smart, and Intimidating.

Questionable allegations of Art. 120 began almost two years ago. Michael was hired after a pitiful NCIS investigation led to filing of charges. Although you may have many questions, your scared, and Michael may be hard to reach at times, you need to realize that he is out there defending others in ...similar situations whose cases may be going to trial a lot sooner than your own. Be patient, talk to no one, and I mean no one. Your command will attempt to ask questions, your “most trusted” friends will ask questions. Say nothing, your Art. 31 rights are stated for a reason and even if they’re not, keep your mouth closed. Everything will be used against at your specific type of Court Martial. Above all, keep motivated and DO NOT slack in your job/position. DO NOT get in any additional trouble for should any acquittal come of your case, any negative aspects since an allegation will most likely lead to an administrative discharge. Keep your head high and stay low on your commands radar. Within weeks of the Court Martial, Michael and his team were preparing for battle against an unrelenting prosecution and an alleged victim who should of been getting court Martialed themselves. Michael and his team dived into everything and the day of trial his tactics were amazing to watch. Michael reads and observed everything going on in the court room. During closing he gave the jury essentially a script of exactly what the prosecution would do. During the prosecutions repetitive closing, they did just as Michael stated. Michael was tactful, diligent, and smart. Deliberations were limited and the outcome was a full acquittal. If you’re accused of a crime and you feel like money is holding you from hiring Michael, think smart. Going to a Court Martial could mean losing everything you ever worked for, your family, friends, and any potential future you dreamed of. If you have to sell everything, sell it. If you have to take loans or borrow money, take it. Deal with the financial burdens after you walk out of the court room a free person. Don’t hesitate to hire Michael. Your life and future will depend upon it. I personally know other service members dealing with similar situations and have recommended Michael. The most important information I can say is keep your mouth closed no matter how much you want to talk. Never give CID/NCIS/Law Enforcement any information. Stay off your phone, don’t text anyone in regards to your case.
