Excellent for Family Law Cases

Timi was on top of things from the start. She communicated how the law works in my situation, explained options and probable outcomes, and answered all of my questions. She was very responsive to my questions and to queries from opposing counsel. She represented me and my interests better than I coul...d have imagined. I definitely recommend her to anyone wanting the best representation on their side.

Best Lawyer - Highly Recommend!

I can’t say enough great things about Timi as a lawyer. I specifically had a difficult case in where I had health issues and needed a lawyer that would advocate for me in all aspects. Timi couldn’t have walked me through my divorce with more of a “white gloves” manner and yet a “bull dog” manner in... making sure my interests were protected. At all times, I felt I was going to get the best deal possible. She is one of the smartest, kindest, honest, hard working, and tenacious individuals I have ever met. I can assure you any lawyer that is going up against her has their work cut out for them. I will forever be grateful to Timi for my divorce outcome, and for her making a very, very difficult time in my life as easy as possible.

Great Lawyer

Timi Tucker was hands down the best attorney for me. Half way through my divorce I switched to Mrs. Tucker and things immediately started to get better. She definitely looks out for your best interest. I can’t thank Mrs. Tucker and her office enough for the work they did. She doesn’t nickel and d...ime her clients like a lot of attorneys do. The only reason I gave 5 stars is because 6 wasn’t an option.

For difficult custody situations, you want Timi Tucker on your side to protect your children

I can't give enough stars to Timi Tucker as a family law attorney. Timi is a rare breed of attorney who listens and cares. Timi is extremely bold and brave and willing to go all-in for her client and truly understands the importance of looking out for the best interest of children in custody disput...es. In my experience with family law attorney's, this is rare. She's extremely intelligent, understands all aspect of the law and local climate of the judges and others in the system. She is detail oriented, takes many notes, and it's evident that she studies and thinks about your conversations before coming to conclusions or offering advice.

Absolutely The Best

I would like to start out by saying that there are a lot of attorneys with five star ratings but they are not five star attorneys. Timi is a five-star attorney. If I could give her 10 Stars I would. Her office is a reflection of her. Terry that runs the office is so kind and totally on top of her job.... My mom's case was so difficult and involved that it required someone who with superior skills to comprehend it. The mounds of paperwork involved in this case would have scared away a lot of attorneys. But not Timi. She is a Class Act, all the while being completely tenacious and never losing sight of her goal. Many times we were in very stressful situations and she never once lost her cool and never backed down. Timi is a beautiful person inside and out, but don't let that fool you because she is tough as nails. If our family ever needs an attorney again we will call Timi. And if you need an attorney I highly recommend her. You won't be sorry.
