Timi and Terri really are the best

Timi is extremely professional, knowledgeable and competent. During my entire divorce process, Timi and Terri maintained great communication with me, made sure I was being heard and also showed tremendous empathy for my case. Timi will fight for what is just. Going through a divorce is already diffic...ult, but knowing I could fully trust Timi gave me a lot of peace. Excellent Lawyer

The Best Attorney

Attorney Tucker is skillful, knowledgeable, and able to get the job done. I have a very complicated and difficult case I have been fighting for about 4 years with very little progress and results. I hired two other attorneys prior to Attorney Tucker because I thought I was saving money with their low...er retainer costs. In the long run I spent more on those two attorneys due to multiple failed court hearings, drawn out over years. I got fed up and hired Timi Tucker. I was losing hope in the situation, however Timi reignited that hope! She was encouraging, empathetic, professional, and honest. She got us results within a couple of months. Not only did she get results, she is a skillful negotiator and got more than I could hoped for in my situation. Im extremely happy with Timi Tucker. The lives of me and my children are changed because of her help. I highly recommend her for legal counsel related to family matters!

If you don't hire Timi, you're making a MISTAKE!

I spent hours researching attorneys and so glad I landed on Timi after making the wrong choice initially. The first attorney I hired only wasted my time, money, and gave me awful advice. But, have no fear, Timi picked up the pieces and brought it across the finish line for us when others couldn't. My... custody battle was grueling, drawn-out, and downright ugly, but Timi was always there for my daughters and I. In the end, we succeeded because Timi was persistent and fought for us. She was there for my panicked moments at 3am or 3pm with a text message and advice. Now that we have wrapped up a very LONG two year process, Timi will always remain a friend for life. If you ever find yourself in a situation needing someone to have your back, you'll never go wrong with Timi. I pray we never need to utilize her services again, but if we do, I know she will always be there for us. Thank you Timi!

LOOK NO FURTHER!

From the first time I met Timi Tucker, I knew she was the attorney that I wanted to represent me in my divorce case. Timi possesses the perfect trifecta of qualities that make a stellar family law attorney – brilliant mind, kind soul, and fearless grit. I always felt comfortable, supported, and p...rotected with Timi in my corner. When I would be panicking about shenanigans my ex and his family were trying to pull (and trust me, there were a LOT), or when I was anxious about an upcoming hearing, Timi was a calm, reassuring presence and a fierce advocate. She always knew what needed to be done and was quick to do it, whether it was filing a motion, making a phone call, or sending a sternly worded email to the opposing counsel. In the courtroom, Timi is quick on her feet, poised, and assertive. She was always thoroughly prepared for court, and she made sure that I was thoroughly prepared as well. We spent quite a bit of time rehearsing questions and answers before court, and that was a huge boost to my confidence while testifying on the stand. I can’t leave out my praise for Timi’s legal assistant, Terri. Terri is knowledgeable and helpful and does so much to support Timi’s clients and practice. She relays messages and gets things done quickly. It is always a pleasure to talk to her. My divorce case was not an easy one.
