Above and beyond!

I was put into the wrong type of family law case by a previous attorney. My issue could have been handled by a simple motion before the court but my attorney filed a difficult to prove and win change of circumstance case that ended up taking more than 6 years to resolve and cost me tens of thousands ...of dollars. When he hit a roadblock, he suddenly “retired” in the middle of my case. Timi picked up his crazy box of papers and completely turned everything around for us so that the nightmare could finally come to an end and she helped us find peace throughout the process when we thought everything was lost. Today, we celebrate a conclusion that is better than we expected! Her office is professional, thoughtful, patient, full of heart, on top of the law and creative. This is a firm that you need on your side and I’m lucky that she took a chance on me.

The Best Attorney

Attorney Tucker is skillful, knowledgeable, and able to get the job done. I have a very complicated and difficult case I have been fighting for about 4 years with very little progress and results. I hired two other attorneys prior to Attorney Tucker because I thought I was saving money with their low...er retainer costs. In the long run I spent more on those two attorneys due to multiple failed court hearings, drawn out over years. I got fed up and hired Timi Tucker. I was losing hope in the situation, however Timi reignited that hope! She was encouraging, empathetic, professional, and honest. She got us results within a couple of months. Not only did she get results, she is a skillful negotiator and got more than I could hoped for in my situation. Im extremely happy with Timi Tucker. The lives of me and my children are changed because of her help. I highly recommend her for legal counsel related to family matters!

My hero!!!

This review is coming from a single mother who’s been exposed and living a life of hell through family court for the past 8 years!!! When I came to Timi i was defeated, exhausted, and faithless after 5 attorneys who were paid 100’s of thousands of dollars to only make matters worse. During the co...nsultation, Timi took her time to review the loaded history of my case (and more). She gave me her honest opinion and advices that would have benefited me whether or not I was going to hire her. That alone was priceless. I had no doubt that I finally found “the one”, my guardian angel. With my experience, I know that action speaks louder than words. I get goosebumps to even write this: Timi finished my case in less than 6 months!!! How? Because unlike any other attorney (and if I may even judges) i ever met, Timi has the will, true love for justice, knowledge, wisdom, ethics, experience, effectiveness, diligence, professionalism, and she carries it all in such humanitarian way and so gracefully. The mild-mannered bulldog

All my friends told me in a divorce that I should hire the best representation I could possibly afford. What I spend now would save me down the road. They were spot on!!! I interviewed several other lawyers that seemed to be simply out for a paycheck or wanted to litigate into infinity to max ou...t their fees. Timi was understanding of the delicate nature of a divorce, but also the need to get the best outcome for her client (me). Thanks to covid and a ex determined to drag out the process, it took a bit longer to execute the divorce than desired. Timi cracked the whip often on the ex's legal counsel. A few times early on I thought I may have made a mistake. It seemed that we were getting kind of steam-rolled by the opposing counsel. However.....this was most likely just to lull them into a false sense of security. When the time came.....Timi lowered the boom and rolled up her opposition. Timi has the ability to call the opposition a f***ing idiot politely and professionally and solicit a "Thank you" in response. I don't think there's an attorney around that could have gotten a better deal for me and my children.

THE BEST. Hands down. You want her on your side that’s for sure. And a pleasure to work with! Very understanding and helpful anytime of day any day. This was my second legal battle with my abusive ex husband. She walked me through every step of the way and fought this battle with me. She’s worth ever...y bit of what she earns.
