Best lawyer in Brevard!

Timi is bar far the most exceptional lawyer! Not only is she responsive and efficient, she is so compassionate and kind. My custody/child support case was a mess before I found her, and she got it all straightened out quickly! I always felt so supported and understood and she genuinely cared about my... case. Best Divorce Lawyer, Ever !!!

Ms. Timi Tucker took care of my complicated alimony/childcare case. Throughout the entire process, she helped me remain calm and composed. She was strong, aggressive, and very detail-oriented in cleaning up my mess completely.

Divorce/Injunction Attorney

For difficult custody situations, you want Timi Tucker on your side to protect your children

I can't give enough stars to Timi Tucker as a family law attorney. Timi is a rare breed of attorney who listens and cares. Timi is extremely bold and brave and willing to go all-in for her client and truly understands the importance of looking out for the best interest of children in custody disput...es. In my experience with family law attorney's, this is rare. She's extremely intelligent, understands all aspect of the law and local climate of the judges and others in the system. She is detail oriented, takes many notes, and it's evident that she studies and thinks about your conversations before coming to conclusions or offering advice.
