Super Sweet and Wicked Smart

Timi Tucker is the best! She was recommended to me by a friend, and calling her was the best decision I ever made. Going through a divorce was a complete roller coaster for me. Timi was my warm and fuzzy rock through it all. She always listened with compassion and really let me know how much she care...d about me and was going to get me through it all. She is so sweet and soft spoken, I suspect she is often underestimated for how wicked sharp she really is. I'm not a person of great means, and I know she did some 'creative' billing for me. Which is just another example of how she shows that she cares about the person behind the 'client'. She sees us for what we are - fellow human beings that need help during a difficult time. If that isn't a 5 star person, I don't know who is.

The mild-mannered bulldog

All my friends told me in a divorce that I should hire the best representation I could possibly afford. What I spend now would save me down the road. They were spot on!!! I interviewed several other lawyers that seemed to be simply out for a paycheck or wanted to litigate into infinity to max ou...t their fees. Timi was understanding of the delicate nature of a divorce, but also the need to get the best outcome for her client (me). Thanks to covid and a ex determined to drag out the process, it took a bit longer to execute the divorce than desired. Timi cracked the whip often on the ex's legal counsel. A few times early on I thought I may have made a mistake. It seemed that we were getting kind of steam-rolled by the opposing counsel. However.....this was most likely just to lull them into a false sense of security. When the time came.....Timi lowered the boom and rolled up her opposition. Timi has the ability to call the opposition a f***ing idiot politely and professionally and solicit a "Thank you" in response. I don't think there's an attorney around that could have gotten a better deal for me and my children.

Highly Recommend

Timi has been my attorney for the last several years in a very complicated divorce and child custody case. I cannot say enough about how much she helped me and my child. Her knowledge of family law is unmatched, and she honestly cares about her clients. She clearly communicates throughout each step... of the case, and makes recommendations based not only on the law, but on what is truly in her clients' best interests. Timi is not only prepared, but brilliant in the Court room, and is the BEST attorney you could ever have on your side.

Paternity Case

At the start of my Paternity case, I did not know what to do or what to expect. Timi Tucker guided me through the process, answered all my questions and concerns and kept the case on track. She was professional and caring all the way through the process. Near the end of the case Ms. Tucker was immedi...ately prepared to go to trial when the mediation agreement we thought we had with the other party looked like it was going to be rejected. Thankfully, Ms. Tucker got the mediation agreement back on track. Timi Tucker doesn't shy away from conflict, she finds the best solution for her clients and wins!

LOOK NO FURTHER!

From the first time I met Timi Tucker, I knew she was the attorney that I wanted to represent me in my divorce case. Timi possesses the perfect trifecta of qualities that make a stellar family law attorney – brilliant mind, kind soul, and fearless grit. I always felt comfortable, supported, and p...rotected with Timi in my corner. When I would be panicking about shenanigans my ex and his family were trying to pull (and trust me, there were a LOT), or when I was anxious about an upcoming hearing, Timi was a calm, reassuring presence and a fierce advocate. She always knew what needed to be done and was quick to do it, whether it was filing a motion, making a phone call, or sending a sternly worded email to the opposing counsel. In the courtroom, Timi is quick on her feet, poised, and assertive. She was always thoroughly prepared for court, and she made sure that I was thoroughly prepared as well. We spent quite a bit of time rehearsing questions and answers before court, and that was a huge boost to my confidence while testifying on the stand.
