Great success working with time Tucker

My family and I hired Timi to help us maneuver through the FL DCF Family court system to ensure that our nephews were removed from their mother and permanently place in the care of a safe and secure home. She was at all times professional and is an awesome attorney. Highly recommend her.

Like most people going through a divorce I tried to keep the cost under control and hired a “low cost” attorney and what I got was someone who was more interested in giving my wife what she wanted and settling the case. She actually made my situation worse. I then researched lawyers in Brevard. I w...as impressed with Ms. Tucker’s reviews. She was the only lawyer with only perfect ratings. When I met with her I realized why. She is knowledgeable, flexible, kind and tough as nails. I was involved in a high conflict divorce which was difficult from a legal and emotional perspective. Timi was there every step of the way. She was always prompt with returning calls, e-mails and texts. My wife’s attorney was rude and disrespectful. She threw everything but the kitchen sink at us. Timi never blinked. She was always professional and stayed on course. Timi handled my case as if I was her family member. I will always be grateful for her giving me back my life. When the stakes are high and you need a compassionate skilled lawyer by you side call Timi first and you won’t waste time or money.

Grateful for such an awesome attorney

Mrs. Tucker is compassionate, efficient, and was truly invested in my case. She consistently advocated for me and my children, and went above and beyond any expectation I had. I do not believe I would of had the same outcome without her by my families side. Mrs. Tucker is knowledgeable, honest, re...assuring, and was able to expedite my case. I cant thank her enough! Mrs Tucker was a life saver!

Timi Tucker was my third attorney and I am glad that I found her. She came highly recommended, and now I understand why. Even though she was more expensive than other attorneys, she was the first to take the necessary steps to finalize my complicated divorce. What took the fist two attorneys 2 1/2 ye...ars, Mrs Tucker got finalized in less than 5 months. She was very professional, knew what to do, looked at the whole picture, didn't waste any time, always responded promptly and provided excellent emotional support for me. I wish I would have hired her in the first place. That would have saved me a lot of time and money. I can highly recommend her.

Great representation for divorce

Mrs. Tucker represented me in a divorce, which involved a long separation and a parenting agreement. She informed me of all steps along the way and successfully helped me in all responses and to mediation of a fair result that made sure my children were taken care of.
