Best attorney ever!

Timi is who you want fighting for you when it counts the most!! Not only is she an amazing lawyer, she is knowledgeable, empathetic, caring and thorough in both her thought processes and follow through. My case started shortly before I was in ICU for 5 weeks with COVID, after my now ex wife was arre...sted for domestic violence in which my 2 kids witnessed the abuse. Timi reached out to me while I was hospitalized several times, not only to start work on my case but to check on me several times personally. Thanks to the pandemic my divorce took over 2 years to finalize. Through the entire time, Timi was an advocate for myself and my 2 kids, a true champion for what was right and just in my case. She was always very attentive and listened to everything I had to say, taking notes and offering advice and suggestions. I don't think there is a better attorney in Brevard or even the state. I had hired a different attorney on a recommendation of a friend prior to hiring Timi. I quickly realized after the first hearing I needed someone better prepared and equipped to handle my case, Timi and her team were the ones up to that task. Timi Tucker

Timi Tucker is the best family law attorney I have ever worked with. From our first meeting, she explained everything to me in terms that I could simply understand. Absolutely The Best

I would like to start out by saying that there are a lot of attorneys with five star ratings but they are not five star attorneys. Timi is a five-star attorney. If I could give her 10 Stars I would. Her office is a reflection of her. Terry that runs the office is so kind and totally on top of her job.... My mom's case was so difficult and involved that it required someone who with superior skills to comprehend it. The mounds of paperwork involved in this case would have scared away a lot of attorneys. But not Timi. She is a Class Act, all the while being completely tenacious and never losing sight of her goal. Many times we were in very stressful situations and she never once lost her cool and never backed down. Timi is a beautiful person inside and out, but don't let that fool you because she is tough as nails. If our family ever needs an attorney again we will call Timi. And if you need an attorney I highly recommend her. You won't be sorry.

From the first time I met Timi Tucker, I knew she was the attorney that I wanted to represent me in my divorce case. Timi possesses the perfect trifecta of qualities that make a stellar family law attorney – brilliant mind, kind soul, and fearless grit. I always felt comfortable, supported, and p...rotected with Timi in my corner. When I would be panicking about shenanigans my ex and his family were trying to pull (and trust me, there were a LOT), or when I was anxious about an upcoming hearing, Timi was a calm, reassuring presence and a fierce advocate. She always knew what needed to be done and was quick to do it, whether it was filing a motion, making a phone call, or sending a sternly worded email to the opposing counsel. In the courtroom, Timi is quick on her feet, poised, and assertive. She was always thoroughly prepared for court, and she made sure that I was thoroughly prepared as well. We spent quite a bit of time rehearsing questions and answers before court, and that was a huge boost to my confidence while testifying on the stand. I can’t leave out my praise for Timi’s legal assistant, Terri. Terri is knowledgeable and helpful and does so much to support Timi’s clients and practice. She relays messages and gets things done quickly. It is always a pleasure to talk to her. My divorce case was not an easy one. Timi excelled and delivered in every way, and I couldn’t be more pleased with her representation and with the outcome of my case. To quote her, we “faced a giant and won.” Hire her.
