DIVORCE

Timi is nothing short of amazing! What I thought was going to be a long drawn out divorce was over in barely 6 months. Timi went in aggressively, with a "Don't mess with me or my client!" attitude. Everything worked out as I had hoped, without going to trial. This being my first divorce, I knew noth...ing. I could not have managed filing on my own! All communication was through attorneys. This relieved so much of the stress. Timi is trustworthy, compassionate and knowledgeable. I felt that she not only knew what to do, but she also understood and cared! Add on top of all of this a great sense of humor. We had a lot of laughs throughout the journey. I will miss seeing her. Must stop by sometime! If you are looking for a competent, caring attorney Timi is for you.

Mrs. Tucker is enthusiastic, professional, prompt and undaunted. She completely supports her client with diligent research, prompt motions and strong communication with legal professionals and clients. A Lawyer who Cares!

I have used Mrs. Tucker twice so far and she was nothing short of AMAZING! She took her time with me, made me feel confident, and truly cares! She fought for me and got the results that I wanted! I HIGHLY recommend her, as she is the BEST in Brevard County! I won't go to anyone else!
