I retained Timi Tucker when I needed representation re: permanent alimony. Upon our first meeting, she immediately made me comfortable as she compassionately listened to my situation. Timi Tucker is amazing!

She is so knowledgeable and caring that I immediately knew I was in the best hands I could find. She handled a difficult alimony adjustment for me, was on top of every situation that came up, and assured me of a fair outcome, which she was more than able to achieve. In addition to being of the hig...hest ethical standards and morals, she's personable and really breaks things down in simple terms that clients can understand. You won't regret retaining Timi Tucker!

I engaged Timi for my divorce from my now ex abusive husband. I had introductory calls with three different attorneys. From the initial meeting Timi stood out. Timi guided me through every step of divorce proceedings, and was always willing to answer questions. She was always clear and prom...pt in her communications. Unfortunately mediation didn’t work in my case, but that was because my ex husband refused all requests of financial assistance. Given the backlog of cases and the fact that I was receiving no financial assistance, Timi successfully applied for temporary financial relief. This was a key win. Prior to the hearing she had sessions with me to ensure we were prepared and confident leading into court. In court Timi was bullish, assertive and took control of the situation. I’m so happy with the final financial and non-financial outcome. For anyone having to go through this, I’m sorry. It’s not fun, but know that you’re in great hands with Timi. I highly recommend her services.

5 STARS EXCELLENT ATTORNEY!! THE BEST!!

Mrs. Timi Tucker is the best attorney I could have ever asked for to handle my long drawn out divorce that my x-husband and his attorney took to court.
