VETTING REVIEWS? TAKE A MINUTE TO READ! If you are like us, we called around looking for the lawyer that best fit what we were looking for. We went to every website, talked to family and friends about who they recommended to make sure we were making the best decision with our time and money. We ha...d a sensitive family case that meant the world to us. We had a friend recommend Tucker Mitnik PA and just like you we ended up on google reviews to see what others had to say about their experience and this is what I will say about ours. When you first start looking for a lawyer we all have the same concerns. Am I just another number? Are they going to care about my case the way I do? Is the retainer that I am paying going to be worth it. All of these questions on top of more than likely, a stressful situation you are already dealing with. We briefed Timi on our case and she said she thought she could help. We hired Timi. What I appreciate about Timi is she is very upfront, professional, fast spoken and non filtered. She will tell you what she can and can't control. She will tell you what to expect and what will have to unfold with time and through the courts. Timi is an absolute master in her space, and the work that Timi puts in behind the scenes is unparalleled. During the first few meetings and hearings I still had my doubts about the whole process and part of that was, this was my first time ever being involved in a lawful process. Still wondering, "are you invested in this case or is this a pay check, and win or lose do you care because you still get paid" I didn't know what to expect and a lot of it was very confusing and grey area for me. Looking back in hindsight, Timi knew exactly what she was doing. The moment I knew we had made the right decision to hire Timi was the first day (of 3) in court, and watching her in action. Timi is a veteran and operates with nothing but precision in the court room. And to be frank, an absolute bull dog. She knew our case front to back. She never missed a single beat in trial. Defended our position, constantly over-turning and halting the opposing lawyers position and angles. I love when someone is great at what they do and watching them in action. (mind you...I don't give reviews out lightly but Timi was the Michael Jordan of that court room) We ended up winning our case. We went to Appellate court. Timi then outlined the process of what that would look like and we won the appeal. Thanks to Timi, we have our family and she has helped change forever our future. If you are a looking for a lawyer, I know the concerns and feelings you may have. If you are looking for a lawyer and an office that is punctual, responsive and professional I highly...HIGHLY, suggest highering Tucker Mitknik. 10 STARS!

Excellent Lawyer

Timi D Tucker walked me through the very difficult process of litigation successfully. Mrs. Tucker is professional and maintains high standards in her office. She possesses all the qualities a client needs in a great lawyer; insightful, sensitive, perceptive, clearly articulate and she has a great... sense of timing. Timi Tucker is a legal expert who valued my trust and was extraordinary throughout my litigation process. She listened attentively and was a master at drilling down to find the important details needed for my case. Even Mrs. Tucker's use of humor effectively lightened my mood when it was needed. This is the lawyer you need and want, seriously. She works diligently and with great care all the way to closure. Mrs. Tucker was on top of her game at all moments!

Above and beyond!

I was put into the wrong type of family law case by a previous attorney. My issue could have been handled by a simple motion before the court but my attorney filed a difficult to prove and win change of circumstance case that ended up taking more than 6 years to resolve and cost me tens of thousands ...of dollars. When he hit a roadblock, he suddenly “retired” in the middle of my case. Timi picked up his crazy box of papers and completely turned everything around for us so that the nightmare could finally come to an end and she helped us find peace throughout the process when we thought everything was lost. Today, we celebrate a conclusion that is better than we expected! Her office is professional, thoughtful, patient, full of heart, on top of the law and creative. This is a firm that you need on your side and I’m lucky that she took a chance on me.

Fantastic litigator

I have worked with Ms. Tucker a few times over the years and she has been amazing each time. She has earned my trust, confidence, and respect. She's compassionate, tenacious, and smart. Fantastic litigator!!

The mild-mannered bulldog

All my friends told me in a divorce that I should hire the best representation I could possibly afford. What I spend now would save me down the road. They were spot on!!! I interviewed several other lawyers that seemed to be simply out for a paycheck or wanted to litigate into infinity to max ou...t their fees. Timi was understanding of the delicate nature of a divorce, but also the need to get the best outcome for her client (me). Thanks to covid and a ex determined to drag out the process, it took a bit longer to execute the divorce than desired. Timi cracked the whip often on the ex's legal counsel. A few times early on I thought I may have made a mistake. It seemed that we were getting kind of steam-rolled by the opposing counsel. However.....this was most likely just to lull them into a false sense of security. When the time came.....Timi lowered the boom and rolled up her opposition. Timi has the ability to call the opposition a f***ing idiot politely and professionally and solicit a "Thank you" in response. I don't think there's an attorney around that could have gotten a better deal for me and my children.
