Timi is the best. She was able to finally settle a situation that had been active and very contentious for at least 4 years when no other attorney could. She Saved our family

We hired Timi for a step-parent adoption. Timi was professional, caring, empathetic, and supportive. Timi is extremely knowledgeable and confident , bringing to the table years on years of experience. During this stressful process, she never once doubted herself or the ability to have a successful ou...tcome to the situation. She always reassured and promised that she would give her all and that everything would be alright, which is huge when you’re in a situation like this. Above and beyond!

I was put into the wrong type of family law case by a previous attorney. My issue could have been handled by a simple motion before the court but my attorney filed a difficult to prove and win change of circumstance case that ended up taking more than 6 years to resolve and cost me tens of thousands ...of dollars. When he hit a roadblock, he suddenly “retired” in the middle of my case. Timi picked up his crazy box of papers and completely turned everything around for us so that the nightmare could finally come to an end and she helped us find peace throughout the process when we thought everything was lost. Today, we celebrate a conclusion that is better than we expected! Her office is professional, thoughtful, patient, full of heart, on top of the law and creative. This is a firm that you need on your side and I’m lucky that she took a chance on me.

Great Attorney

Ms. Timi Tucker is an exceptional lawyer. She guided us through the whole process after our son passed away and we sought to adopt our grandson.
