I have significant experience in various areas of immigration law including visas, green cards, removal proceedings, employer sanctions cases, and citizenship. Having prosecuted immigration cases for the government for almost 4 years, I am familiar with not only the numerous pitfalls of complicated immigration cases, but also the policies that govern the immigration process.

Best Immigration Lawyer in Raleigh

I don't have any idea to about I-485 Procedure , I Hired Rebeka Grafton , She Took care of everything , Any one want help applying Green card or Citizen ,Rebeka is the Best lawyer and more knowledgeable .

Helpful and detail oriented

Rebekah and her team were very helpful to me and my wife for filing permanent residency based on marriage. They answered a lot of the questions I had and gave us instructions and updates every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Fay and Grafton for immigration services.

Professional, Efficient & Competent!

My husband and I used Ms. Grafton as our immigration lawyer and we could not be happier with the level of service that both Rebekah and Jonathan provided to us! Excellent Immigration Lawyer.

Rebekah Grafton did an outstanding job handling my citizenship case. I was worried about the fact that I spent too much time overseas and that would impact my application negatively. So it took me a while to decide how to proceed. I decided to hire Rebekah after our first meeting. I was very impressed with her knowledge and I really loved the way she explained things to me. When I met with her, I explained to her my concerns and she immediately put my mind at ease. She told me that she successfully handled cases more complicated than mine. What I really love about her is the fact that she made me feel very comfortable during the whole process. It took about four month to get to the citizenship interview, which went beautifully! Now I am waiting for the oath ceremony, which is in a couple of weeks. So, many thanks to Rebekah! She is a wonderful immigration lawyer!

Fantastic immigration attorney ... A true blessing for our family

Bekki was fantastic to work with. My husband and I were issued an RFE while applying to lift his conditional status and Bekki took one look at what we originally sent to USCIS and immediately told us what we needed to do. We gathered the documents she suggested and within 30 days of sending the RFE packet in to USCIS we got the letter in the mail saying that my husbands conditional status had been lifted! We are going to have her help us with his naturalization too! She's very thorough and caring. She was responsive and efficient. I cannot say enough good things! She deserves more than a 5 star review; she deserves 500! I whole heartedly recommend Bekki! Working with her was an honor and we are so grateful for all she has done to help us!!!!

Dont look any further, the best immigration lawyer in town!

Rebekah handled my denied i-485 and removal procedure in time record and she took this case personal. She is compassionate, knowledge and knows how USCIS works. And additionally, she is very fair in fees.

Thorough and compassionate service

Rebekah Grafton has provided services for my family that have far exceeded our expectations. She spent more than our allotted amount of time trying to find options for us when our prior plan fell through. It is an emotional issue, and she has been very compassionate throughout the process. She also took time to ensure that my hearing-impaired relative understood everything that was discussed. Very knowledgeable, positive and pleasure to work with!

I retained Rebekah Grafton to represent my family member for helping him get his citizenship. Just prior to receiving his citizenship, he was charged with one felony and one misdemeanor. This turn of events would have jeopardized his gaining citizenship without professional counsel. Rebecca was retained to help us with this issue. She worked closely with our defense attorneys to prepare a defense for his citizenship. Also she put together a history of the charges (which were dismissed) with affidavits and explanations on the extenuating circumstances. This dossier was sent to the immigration authorities prior to the citizenship ceremony. The document she created for immigration was very professional and undoubtably was the reason for his citizenship approval. Overall, Rebecca was a pleasure to work as she was very patient with my concerns and always displayed a very positive attitude. She is great lawyer and person. I would highly recommend her.

One of the best attorneys ever

Honest and knowledgeable attorney.

Rebekah was very honest from the beginning and laid out all the possible outcomes and routes that my family could take regarding their immigration case. That was something I appreciated a lot and find missing with other immigration attorneys. I think she handled the job well and gave me the security that what we were doing would be best given the current circumstances. Yet, she made clear that the final decision was completely ours.
