I was born in Havana, Cuba and came to the United States with my family in 1995. As a former Public Defender in Wake County I have experience in defending persons accused of domestic violence, larcenies, drug posession, property crimes, DWI, driving after consuming, assaults, and traffic matters. I also practice Immigration law, focusing on visas, green cards, DACA, DREAM, removal proceedings and citizenship.

Tengo experiencia defendiendo personas acusadas de violencia doméstica, cargos de drogas, robo, crímenes de propiedad, y multas de tráfico.
