Let me walk with you through your criminal case. Whether its a drug charge, DWI, assault or domestic violence charge with my knowledge of the law and the relevant statutes I may be able to help you avoid a conviction or reduce your penalty and avoid supervised probation. If your case is dismissed or you are found not guilty we may be able to expunge your record and we never charge additionally for that service.
If driving is the issue we can walk through your drivning record and in most cases I can tell you what steps need to be taken to get you back on the road.
As a misdemeanor prosecutor I was assigned to oversee the domestic violence unit and misdemeanor appeals. Upon my promotion to a felony prosecutor I tried numerous case including murder and armed robbery.
I left the Wake County District Attorney's Office over 12 years ago and I have concentrated my practice to just Wake County to be able to give my clients the best possible representation.
I have over 15 years of experience of handling criminal case in Wake County and chances are I have successfully dealt with a case similar to yours.
Unlike many local firms I dont spread myself thin by constantly commuting to surrounding counties. All of my time is spent in Wake County handling Wake County cases.
You can also be rest assured that your case will never be handed off to an associate or less experienced attorney. Too often the attorney you meet with is not the one who shows up in court, that never happens at Sandman Finn and Fitzhugh, you get the attorney you hired.
Personally I recently celebrated my 20 year wedding anniversary and I am the proud parent of two children. In my spare time I have run 5 full marathons and 12 1/2 marathons and two Tough Mudders. I have been a member of the crossift community for close to 4 years and chances are I have finised my workout before most other attorneys have gotten out of bed.

Speeding Ticket Resolved
