Still driving thanks to Garrett... Beyond grateful for the spectacular representation

I came to Garrett Green with two separate driving on suspended charges coupled with various traffic infractions. It was a last minute decision to get a lawyer, and things could not have gone any better! I am 21 years old and they let me write post-dated checks, which was extremely helpful. The fir...st case went well and the driving on suspended was dropped down to "no operators license", even with the same result from a previous case years back. The second case was tricky as the cop was very unhappy with my behavior and didn't want me to catch any breaks for my unfortunate attitude. Garrett went back and forth multiple times trying to work with the cop/prosecutor but they were not giving him much wiggle room. We postponed the case, although he had made it clear that we could always take our chances and file for an appeal free of charge. We met back two months later, and he had the suspended driving charge nolle prossed... DROPPED! NO DMV POINTS! I was thrilled. On top of that he had the "failure to obey traffic signal" dropped and I walked away paying $100 for a "failure to obey road sign" charge. I was at risk of losing my license with no chance of a suspended license to be able to drive myself to work. Instead I was taken care of completely by Mr. Green. Professional and friendly, I will recommend him to all my friends.

Garrett Green, Nichols & Green: YOU MUST RETAIN HIM FOR HIM FOR SPEEDING CHARGE IN FAIRFAX COUNTY

When the Fairfax County Greed Speed Machine entraps you driving precisely 10 miles over the speed limit, you really need a lawyer. The system is completely rigged because the law allows people who are speeding to be charged with a felony, thereby requiring you to appear in the luxurious multi courtr...oom palace funded by this system and erected by the County of Fairfax and to have representation in order not to end up with a felony charge on your record NOT A SPEEDING TICKET. I received 30 solitications from lawyers beginning on the Monday after my Sunday felony charge. I called Mr, Green because he sent a booklet explaining the system and he responded immediately to the call on the morning I showed up for the court date. He was incredible, responsive, intelligent, calm,and negotiated a great result on my behalf, a not excessive speeding fine after advising extensively how to navigate the system that day and beyond. Of all the the experiences with a horrible entangled system this turned out incredibly well.

Reckless Driving to Improper Driving

I was charged with reckless driving for accidentally going into wrong side of the road. The scene was dangerous because there were three cars coming towards me. Mr. Green was able to reduce the charge to improper driving and I'm satisfied because it is a traffic infraction while reckless driving is... a criminal misdemeanor which could give me numerous troubles for many years to come. He was very responsive over phone calls and e-mail. Also staffs in his firm was very kind and kept me informed.

Just make the call

Hired Mr. Green based on literature he had sent and becuase of his professionalism,advice and demeaner when I contacted him. He was straight forward and prepared me for what could happen if convicted ( RECKLESS Driving) but also told me how the case would ultimately be ajudgicated, he explained what ...I needed to do, I provided everything he recommended and sure enough the charge was reduced to a minor traffic violation. Mr Green and his team were great, they are Military friendly and won't settle for anything but a positive result. Forget other lawyers or firms, Mr Green and his firm should be your one and only choice.

reckless driving speeding

Our 17 year old daughter received a ticket for going 89 in a 55mph zone. She also received a ticket for being out past curfew. Mr Garrett spoke with the Officer and the Judge and was able to have the curfew charge dismissed and the reckless driving charge dropped to improper driving. We are extrem...ely grateful to Mr. Garrett and would definitely recommend him! Our daughter learned a lifesaving lesson and thanks to Mr. Garrett she does not have a record!
