Efficient and professional support on VA traffic violations

Much appreciated Garrett's straight-forward approach about what expect in the judicial process. His counsel was clear and candid, and saved me quite a bit of trouble, time and money. Also found his office to be highly responsive via email and phone. I recommend Garrett without reservation.

Larceny Charge

So glad i hired Garrett Green!

I was charged with a class 1 misdemeanor reckless driving ticket. I received a very well put together pamphlet from the Nichols and Green firm. I called for a FREE consultation and immediately i felt safe in their care. Garrett was extremely personable yet professional and was able to reduce my charg...es greatly. Excellent Attorney - Exceeded Expectations!

I contacted Mr. Green after receiving an odd traffic summons as a result of a minor fender bender (14.2-16 - Failure to pay full time attention to driving). I later learned that in Arlington County, this charge was not just a traffic infraction, but actually a misdemeanor that remains on your record... as a Crime. Mr. Green handled the court case for me and was successful in getting the case amended to a more appropriate charge which turned out to be a minor traffic infraction with 0 demerit points!

Highly recommended

My experience with this office was excellent. I was surprised by the outcome and was very pleased! The attorney and staff were very professional and courteous over the phone. They explained the processes clearly including the paper work, costs, the expected outcome, and what will happen when the atto...rney goes to speak with the prosecutor. They also explained what they needed from me. I sent them the paperwork and paid the fee. They went to court and brought charge to a speeding infraction. While everyone’s case and outcome may be different, I would highly recommend this attorney based upon my experience for the professional and hard work that they do to serve their clients. Thank you!
