DUI brought down to reckless driving

Garrett was wonderful. He was extremely reassuring and on top of his game while always being honest with me. He got my DUI, 1st offense down to a Reckless Driving, in ARLINGTON, which is near impossible. I would recommend Garett to anyone I know, hands down.

A great attorney!!!!

As a civil attorney, I do not handle criminal or traffic cases. I know a lot of attorney's who practice in those fields but chose Mr. Green based on his experience and reputation. He did a great job with my son's case - got his charges reduced without my son having to appear. Just a great result and... a great guy.

Two charges, one dropped

My case was complicated, involving an accident and a DWI, and the very real possibility that I would be serving active jail time as a result of this. Of all the lawyers I interviewed, Mr. Green was the most experienced, knowledgeable and approachable. He was able to answer all my questions and expl...ain the entire legal process involved in his approach to the case. While the outcome was not the most favorable, I was very relieved that he negotiated to have the charge linked to the accident dropped, so that all jail time was suspended. I was also granted a restricted driver's license rather than a full suspension of my driving privileges. Overall, I am grateful to Mr. Green and satisfied with the results. The only thing I wish had been handled differently was to have my case continued to a date before the new law requiring first time DUI/DWI offenders to have an ignition interlock device installed in their vehicles. Still, Mr. Green at least fought to have this taken out. Hopefully, this experience will aid him in developing a solid argument to actually have this requirement removed for his future clients.

These guys mean business!

I was extremely happy with the outcome of my case. I was charged with Driving on a suspended Lic 3<10years. I could have faced jail time. When I first met Mr.Green outside the courtroom he told me "let me talk to the prosecutor to make sure we can strike a deal to your satisfaction." That was very p...leasing to me instaed of hearing, this is the best deal I can get for you. After speaking to the prosecutor, Mr. Green informed me that my Driving on a Suspended charge was dropped and as far as my charge was concerned, running a red light I would pay a $100.00 dollar fine. I am not trying to brag but Mr.Douglas is awsome Attorney I had -11 points on my record and he got me off. I would highly recommend Mr.Green to anybody going to court in Fairfax County. If you have been to Fairfax County Court before , you should knowthat they don't play around.

Reckless Driving in Fairfax Co. VA.

After reading an online blog about Reckless Driving in Fairfax Co. I found two positive reviews for Mr. Garrett Green. I then contacted the Law Office of Nichols & Green and spoke with both Mr. Nichols and Mr. Green as well as a member of their office staff. All three of these gentleman were most pr...ofessional. They first were able to make it so I did not have to apper in court, and then Mr. Green represented me at trial. The result of my reckless driving charge was reduced; not just to a speeding ticket but to only a " failure to obey a traffic sign". This was the best outcome I could of hoped for. A big thank you to Mr. Green and his intire office.
