Excellent Attorney - Exceeded Expectations!

I contacted Mr. Green after receiving an odd traffic summons as a result of a minor fender bender (14.2-16 - Failure to pay full time attention to driving). I later learned that in Arlington County, this charge was not just a traffic infraction, but actually a misdemeanor that remains on your record... as a Crime. Mr. Green handled the court case for me and was successful in getting the case amended to a more appropriate charge which turned out to be a minor traffic infraction with 0 demerit points!

excellent service

my college-age child was in an accident and got a following too closely ticket in Ffx county. Mr. Green came highly recommended by co-worker. He and his staff handled the case for a very reasonable flat fee. The case was continued and he had to appear 3 times in court, including a full trial. The cas...e was dismissed, based upon his expert handling of the matter and judgement as to the evidence. I would recommend for the value of the flat fee, as well as expertise in Ffx traffic court.

Five stars for Mr. Garrett Green

I highly recommend Mr. Garrett Green of Nichols and Green Law Firm to help you with any criminal or traffic related legal matters. I was wrongly accused of a hit and run accident with failure to stop which is a class 1 misdemeanor and a serious criminal offense in Virginia. If convicted of this charg...e I could have faced up to twelve months in jail, a criminal record forever, a six-month driver's license suspension, a hefty fine along with court costs and an eight-demerit-point violation which remains on a driving record for eleven years. In addition, if convicted, I could have lost my job, faced massive insurance premium hikes and may have had to disclose this conviction on future job applications and background checks. Mr. Green was very helpful, understanding, friendly and accommodating because he took the time to meet with me several times before my court date. He was great listener because he heard all of my concerns and he answered all of my questions, and there were many. In addition, he explained everything from the best case scenario to the worst case scenario. He also explained the entire court day process. On the day of court Mr. Green meet with the police officer and the prosecutor and was able to get my charge reduced to improper driving and control. This was a non-criminal traffic infraction with no jail time, no suspended driver's license and a $100 fine. Thank you very much Garrett Green. The Best Traffic Lawyer!!! He will work hard to get you results you can sleep with

Would I recommend this lawyer?? "DONT LEAVE HOME WITHOUT IT" that's what comes to my mind when I think about Mr. Green. On October 23, 2013 in the Fairfax County General District Court, I had a hearing regarding my Failure to stop at the Scene of an accident charge. After negotiations with the Co...mmonwealth, Mr. Green was able to get my case amended to a Failure to pay full time and attention conviction. This is a victory because they were able to reduce my charge from a 6 point Criminal Misdemeanor to a 0 point traffic infraction. Before this, I could not sleep, I was scared, my job was on the line, my freedom i was facing Jail time. What I like about Mr. Green is not only does he know the law, but he is a very endearing, compassionate, empathetic man. i would not want to be in the trenches with anybody but him. You cant go wrong. He knows the Judges, he knows the ends and out of the legal team you are facing. This man is a 10 out of 10 Lawyer!
