Biography
As a resident of Montgomery County, Maryland, for over thirty years, Mr. Salvado has close ties to the community he serves, and is licensed to practice in Maryland State and Federal Courts, and the Commonwealth of Virginia.
A graduate of the University of Maryland (2000) and University of Baltimore School of Law (2004), Mr. Salvado partnered with his father and brother, and began his legal career working for his father’s general practice law firm in 2004, handling both criminal and civil matters in Maryland and the Commonwealth of Virginia.
An experienced litigator in both bench and jury trials, Mr. Salvado has obtained multiple acquittals in both jurisdictions, including rape / sex offense cases, assaults, robberies, and serious traffic crimes / DUIs. While in law school, Mr. Salvado worked as an investigator, and in doing so developed the experience necessary to understand and prepare a case from the ground up – he is often sought out by clients to handle their various matters even before any charges or claims are brought in court.
Mr. Salvado’s early general practice background has enabled him to draw from the many facets of the law, and, combined with his extensive trial experience and aggressive pursuit of his client’s interests, has proved advantageous to his business and property law clients. Despite the complexities of these matters, he often receives favorable results.
Mr. Salvado is a frequent guest at Agendo Radio, where he is a voice for and advocate of the Hispanic community, commentating and responding to questions pertaining to the local and national issues affecting Latin Americans and immigrants.
