Defense for Reckless Driving

I'm a Maryland resident that was charged for reckless driving in Fairfax ( 84/55). When I understood how serious the charge was, I did some research to see who had a lot of experience with this type of offense and had great online reviews. I had a clean driving record and this was my first offense. H...e made me feel at ease and did not even ask me to appear in court. My charges were dropped from reckless driving to just a speeding conviction. Great lawyer to hire and I recommend his services.

Defense for reckless driving

I was charged for reckless driving in Fairfax ( 78/55). When I read the possible fine for reckless driving in VA, got nervous and called several attorney offices. They disclosed their fees between $1000-$2000. I reached out to Mr. Green, his fee was fair compare to others. I had a clean driving reco...rd and this was my first offense. He made me feel ease and did not even ask me to appear in court. His follow up before my court date and after the case was excellent. He dropped my charges to 64/55 ( from reckless driving to a speeding conviction). Great lawyer to hire. I do recommend his services.

Between a rock and a hard place

Was driving on and within a restricted license and got into a car accident and was charged with a reckless. Back up time for violation of driving probation would of landed me in jail for 80 days if I was convicted and obviously lost my job. Went to court that day and he asked for a continuance beca...use we got the worst combo of judge and prosecutor. Judge denied the motion and proceeded with the case and held us to the end. Meanwhile in court I heard a case nearly the same on all levels as me but he was representing himself. He lost his license for 3 months and a fine of $1000. I got nervous and as I walked outside to take a breath I hear Garrett and the prosecutor going at it in the office. He comes out with good news and and it's been dropped to an infraction! If you want to go through the rest of the reviews you can but all of the say nearly the same thing or better as my case. This is a great lawyer and was recommended by a colleague who used him 5 years back. Get this guy!

Defense for reckless driving

Mr. Green is a defense attorney with Nichols & Green. I called up the firm because I had received a reckless driving charge from an officer in Fairfax. After a brief telephone conversation with Mr. Green about the incident, he agreed to take the case. I sent all the information about me and the case ...to him for trial. I didn't have to appear in court as he was my representative. Upon his advice I took the online traffic safety course to improve my points score at DMV. Mr. Green was able to reduce my charge to speeding after consulting with the prosecutor and the officer involved. The whole process was handled efficiently and professionally by Mr. Green and his firm.
