I have worked with Mr. Gallagher on numerous occasions. Most recently in my own unemployment case. He is knowledgeable, professional, and accessible. He was obviously more experienced than opposing counsel and of course, won my case! I have no hesitation recommending him. He is the best lawyer y...

I was looking at the loss of a career I loved and 29 years of my life. Not only was I fully reinstated, but I also kept my Title and Salary. I can s...

Mr. Gallagher has provided legal advice and guidance during a difficult work situation. I found him to be experienced, responsive, knowledgable and honest. While working with John, I felt as though my situation was in adept and trustworthy hands, and he did not steer me wrong. I would highly recomme...

John, did the improbable, I had the PA Unemployment folks chasing after me over a claim they investigated in which they had determined (incorrectly that I had knowingly received benefits. John was able to get the Referee to see the investigators had not done their job correctly, saving me $17k.
"I endorse this lawyer. Attorney Gallagher is very approachable when I have any employment or labor law related questions that come up. He is very knowledgable regarding this area of the law. He has a unique ability to explain these complicated concepts so that they can be understood. Given his approachability, knowledge, and communication skills, he is the go-to guy to get up to date information on labor and employment law cases."
