I hired him and he represented me in a case. He used profanity a lot. He said and wrote that his hourly rate is $600!!! but performance was beneath expectation for that amount of money. I did not see a great performance in many steps, you can get a better fees/rates with other attorneys instead of ge...tting stuck with attorney fees that you have to pay to him in case you don’t like the performance.

I searched for advice on how to present my case at an upcoming hearing and I came across John’s videos on line. John’s advice on hiring a lawyer really hit the spot for me. I visited his website and called. He got back to me within the hour. I met with John at his office and we went over the case. I... had verbally resigned from the company but then decided to retire in December 2018 via an email to my supervisors. I contacted Mr. Gallagher after being denied my Unemployment Compensation. I was discharged for a completely ridiculous reason after nearly 15 years of dedication. At the hearing, Mr. Gallagher made my employer look very unprepared, showed many faults in their presentation, and objected evidence that could've otherwise been detrimental to my case if he wasn't there. There is no doubt that I would've lost my case without his representation. My only regret is not contacting him sooner.
