I have worked with Mr. Gallagher on numerous occasions. Most recently in my own unemployment case. He is knowledgeable, professional, and accessible. I searched for advice on how to present my case at an upcoming hearing and I came across John’s videos on line. John’s advice on hiring a lawyer really hit the spot for me. I visited his website and called. He got back to me within the hour. I met with John at his office and we went over the case. I... had verbally resigned from the company but then decided to retire in December 2018 via an email to my supervisors. John was very direct and honest on the likelihood of winning a case when someone quits. At the hearing John was FANTASTIC. The referee made the decision in my favor. I received the ruling by mail the very next day. My advice to anyone going to a hearing is Hire a Lawyer and if possible Hire JOHN GALLAGHER.
