As I write this review I have been back to work for almost 2 weeks. I was reinstated thanks to the tenacious efforts of my Attorney, John A. Gallagher. I was looking at the loss of a career I loved and 29 years of my life. Not only was I fully reinstated, but I also kept my Title and Salary. I can s...ay that I would not have been able to prevail without an Attorney who was tenacious and thoughtful. I contacted Mr. Gallagher after being denied my Unemployment Compensation. I was discharged for a completely ridiculous reason after nearly 15 years of dedication. I felt it was unfair that I was denied and have a family to support. I'm from the Pittsburgh area, which is on the opposite side of ...Pennsylvania from Mr. Gallagher. I searched for an Unemployment Compensation attorney and found Mr. Gallagher's YouTube videos. I felt that he must be the real deal if he is willing to take the time to make videos to assist non-clients. He even offers to discuss the case without a fee to offer some assistance. When I contacted Mr. Gallagher, he is a very "down to Earth" individual. He completely changed my thought process and prepared me for my case much differently than I would've done on my own. Although he is on the opposite side of the Pennsylvania, he was still willing to represent me at my hearing. At the hearing, Mr. Gallagher made my employer look very unprepared, showed many faults in their presentation, and objected evidence that could've otherwise been detrimental to my case if he wasn't there. There is no doubt that I would've lost my case without his representation. My only regret is not contacting him sooner.

Mr. Gallagher represented my case on a wrong termination. He was tremendous from the start and always made sure I knew the process. He always gave me good advice on how to handle my case.
